vanity project, wont shift more tickets Agreed, there is no evidence to show that advertisement and/or marketing increases sales....

Normally a City & Bristol Bears dominated Radio Station, full of adverts for ticket sales and promotions for upcoming matches.
Very pleased to hear Tom Gorringe has got us some space on there also. It’s about time.

vanity project, wont shift more tickets This is more likely to succeed than an advert only available through official outlets.

I always turn it off when they have adverts for the other mob, so nice if it annoys some of them south of the river for a change. If it is a swap deal for ads at the ground it is a win-win.

Is this the work of the same Tom Gorringe who an innominous poster told us Tom was going to ruin the marketing and community spirit at the club because he was acting like an authoritarian dictator and a one man band? In all seriousness I do thank the work of previous employees such as Keith Brookman, former staff and volunteers for all their efforts, but Tom and his team (if he even has one) have made a brilliant strides in raising the marketing and profile of the club in his short time here and is promoting the club in ways never seem with us before. Thank you Tom and keep up the good work!

Thank you Tom and keep up the good work! Tom is superb. He's actually making us act like a professional club. When you think back about it, no matter how great it was for the community aspects of our club, it was absolute madness that we consistently did raffle draws for our shirt sponsorship - which should be one of the main sources of our income! Tom and co have sorted that out (Football Index being a reputable company) and added much more - great to see! Plus, my old uni buddy Dylan is doing a great job on the media team too so kudos all round.
