Not sure how but I seem to have deleted the email with my print off tickets for the Barnsley match. I was clearing up my emails last week and seem to have deleted / deleted them altogether. With the match tomorrow and office closed now - last time to purchase is at midnight so I’m not sure what to do. I have emailed Clare but unsure when she will be available tomorrow or will be able to help. I do have a bank statement entry to prove I bought them. I’m not sure whether to buy them again now or trust that Clare will sort it tomorrow. Any thoughts guys ?

Check your trash email box more often than not deleted email can be recovered.

I’ve looked and it’s not there - that’s why I think I’ve deleted my deleted emails in my clean up

Don't panic, call the shop tomorrow and I'm sure they will either send them through again or print them for you so you can collect before the match. Good news is it's a late kick off so there's plenty of time on your side. UTG

What email platform you using? VirginMedia States on their website you cannot recover permanently deleted emails so I think I’m going to have to buy again - not sure if Clare would reimburse original costs

Thanks guys for all your advice - I did in the end buy 3 more tickets just incase Clare isn’t - will see if she can reimburse me otherwise - fingers crossed

I'm sure they would have just printed them for you again. Clare phoned me this morning and yes she said she could have printed them again. However as I had bought another 3 she just refunded 3 to me. I just panicked as all ticket and no tickets could be bought after midnight last night. However, great service and a lesson learnt.
