Great attitude and a great engine. Knew he was lucky to be doing something he loved and gave as much back to as many people as he could. One of the most enthusiastic players to ever pull on the B&W shirt. Good luck Sincs.

Thank you for everything Stu but thank you mainly for your ear, time, words of advice and being an utterly beautiful human being when I felt at my worst! Never forgotten! Best of luck mate! Much love! X Why are we so sh** hot that we can afford to be without him ?

Gutted we won’t get to see Stu in the quarters again - was a real privilege watching him play every time he was on the pitch.
Won’t go down as one our most technically gifted players (although I do think that side of his game was underrated), but his constant energy, enthusiasm and sheer passion for the game was a joy to see. A real Gas cult hero.

Won't forget his late winner at Luton, it typified his never give up, total commitment attitude. Thanks for all your hard work Stuart. Surely we can find a role for him as as Head of Enthusiasm.

I have thought now was a good time for him to go, but for Gods sake another 2 years of Nichols. DC a legend? Only in paying lots of money for mupets

If we ever needed a fitness coach, he’s the one to employ. An absolute butchers dog.
Cheers beard for everything you gave to the badge. One in a million. X

Can’t improve on what’s been said. Love all the posts and after 5 years he is simply Stuart Sinclair, BRFC legend. Bristol Rovers will be poorer with his going. Thanks Stuart. UTG!

I'll look back on seasons 14/15 to 17/18 as probably the most memorable 4 seasons ever, at least for as long as I've remembered since 1994. Aside from OC, we've now lost all those people that made those years so special, and I'm not sure any of those will be missed more than the Beard. Of course losing DC is the biggest wrench of all, but we've now lost Ellis and Brown last summer, and now we've lost Lockyer, Lines, Leadbitter and quite possibly the most committed player this club has ever had in the Beard.
His commitment, enthusiasm and boundless energy defied all logic. Then there was his tireless work off the field with the fans, attending birthday parties and hospital beds, and answering fan mail. He will be sorely sorely missed for so much more than his performances on the pitch.
You'd be welcome back at the Gas anytime Sincs, a true Gas legend.

Just sums this club up when fans are 😢 over Sinclair going he’s well past his sell by date just ain’t good enough but thanks Stuart and good luck to the future. Bath or yate would be a good move for him and he could take parts with him oh and Payne. we can’t afford to be sentimental about players we can’t afford the players we’re keeping.

Like most on here I'm gutted to see Sincs leave and I hope he returns in some capacity one day.
Purely from a football point of view I'm surprised room hasn't been found for him to be retained for another year. In a squad of 20+ players you need some good team players, players who can cover a number of positions in a crisis and who won't cause problems if they are not getting much playing time. Sincs would have performed that role and I imagine he won't have been on a huge wage - his enthusiasm and positivity around the camp shouldn't have been under estimated either.
A sad day.

Sincs just posted on Facebook that he is gutted to be leaving the club but wished everyone well. Surely if he wasn’t to be offered a new contract then he deserved a decent send off on Saturday. The rugby clubs seem to deal with it in a better way. Good luck fella. Fear the beard.

Sinc's doesnae need to be remembered as a Legend.
Because th Legend that is Sinc's will never be forgotten.
