Guess we probably won't be doing Melksham this year. Wasn't DC friends with their chairman or something along those lines? Really lovely ground for their level too. Covered the last two pre-season games for the local rag, enjoyed going there a lot.

I'm not setting foot in Airdrie, not even to watch the Gas!

Saturday 20th July Frome Town away I assume development squad then as we're home to Brum that day.

I wonder if we will see Jude Bellingham play for Brum? If so, it would be worth going along just to watch him. Remember the name. Top prospect.

Good to see the GC and the club getting the schedule organised early. Looks a reasonable schedule to me with development squad games to be announced later.
Schedule suggests no week in Spain/ Portugal this year for the lads. Can't see as it's done much good in recent years so no complaints from me.

Love DC but it's high time we moved on already. He's had appreciation for him shown by fans both in the forum or in direct contacts. He's in a new job now, he's Wallsall's business. When we face them, we can cheer for him before kick-off or something.
At this point, six or such months later, either people have him cemented as a legend or they don't. Neither of those are changing anytime soon and certainly not over a friendly match
I second the notion that we should play Southern League-esque teams, tour our own region, play easier matches to help the team gel better and increase morale, etc.
