I heard this on the grape vine, could be a potential banana skin getting planing, would be peach if approved.

I am led to believe option 4 Ah the old "led to believe" caveat. So in two weeks time if there is feck all news you can blame your "source" For a moment, I thought your avatar was a celebration that he chose option 4

Not that I give the OP much credence, but that site is awful far south for me. Uncomfortably close to City heartland. Depends what you class as their "Heartland" Our spiritual home Eastville(Ikea) to the Fruit Market is 3 miles. Ashton Gate is also about 3 miles. I don't think Bristol really has a real "Heartland" anymore.I think its become blurred over the past 40 years to be honest. Certainly Kingswood is still mainly ours and Patchway/Little Stoke, but apart from that, lots of north and east Bristol is at best 50-50. Plenty of gas south of the river but in reality you would have to say its pretty much their heartland. Sorry to say though that Bristol has so many plastics and people not from the city that both clubs are minorities which boils my water somewhat.

Has anyone contacted the fruit market to see if they will deny it?

According to Google Maps, Ikea to Ashton Gate is 3.9 miles via National Cycle Route 33. (Walking) Or 4.9 miles driving using the A370. Anyway...... My original point was how close the Fruit Market was to our "Heartlands". I originally said that both were about 3 miles from the Fruit Market. Both are just under 3 miles. IKEA is 2.7 miles and Ashton Gate is 2.8 miles. (Walking).

This is brilliant. I was in a brief just last week and it was about the development of that exact area of land..... no stadium at all that I could see and the land appeared fully developed. I will check as the drawing I have is a bit vague in places.

I said I’d email and here’s the reply people! Is it just me or is he not denying it?
Hi Matt, The Wholesale Fruit Centre is owned solely by private shareholders. Shareholding available on companies house. Further than that I can offer no comment. Regards Graham Sent from Mail for Windows 10 From: Matt <xxxxxx@hotmail.co.uk> Sent: Thursday, June 6, 2019 3:29:44 PM To: Graham; Graham Subject: Fruit market purchase Hi graham
I hope this finds you well. I’m a Bristol rovers fan and there are plenty of rumours doing the rounds that we have purchased or are in negotiations to purchase the fruit market as proposed land for a new stadium.
Can you kindly confirm that this isn’t true to save lots of people getting excited for no reason?
Best wishes
Matt

Let's keep this going a while longer.
The AGM is next Thursday. Two whole days before the OPs 14 days are up. 😲
