He is also a hard working striker with a good touch. Sounds similar type to Matty Taylor.

I thought DC had said he had an offer turned down, unless he's talking BS surely that's different than just leaving a voice mail for a call back?
So if Taylor scores twice on Saturday does that mean all our goal scoring problems are over, as surely it takes more than one game for a striker to prove he's over his barren spell?

Do the same rules apply for having relations with a beautiful lady? #longestbarronspellinhistory

This doesn't sound like an offer being turned down, but in the murky world of football management....who knows!

Pretty sure we offered a contract to a free-agent.

We cant sign anyone who is under contract until January so it must be someone without a club.

Isn't the loan window shut?

Pretty sure we offered a contract to a free-agent. Maybe he will be a free agent in Jan? Why would we sign someone unattached to a club when we need someone who can make an immediate impact?

No, it just makes us hope that his pump has been primed and will be functioning as it should against clubs at our level, such as Telford the following week.

it could be someone playing non contract. The last I heard Will Puddy was non contract to allow him to look for another club.
Surely we're not going to sign someone who's a free agent. Chances are they won't be fit.

Why would a club let a non contract player join us if he was any good/scoring goals? Assuming it's not a loan player you sense it's another Balatana type signing, unless it's all a smoke screen!

Who's to say our target has signed for another club?
