Same, it's an addiction.
I hope Geoff Twentysomething presses for interviews with Wael more often, seem like he is trying to get truthful answers out of Wael.. otherwise I fear we will never hear anything..
I could sense that GT thinks that we are all being dragged along a bit.

Well then I'm not quite sure I understand.
If there is an NDA and it seems to be that every person in Bristol knew about it, why did Wael do such a bad thing?

Is it because he is not part of the deal. The new people want him out, but he doesn't want to go, so by going public he's hoping to scupper the deal somehow? *It ain't happening lads *trademark Yattongas

Either to get a place on board with the potential new owners or for the Fruit Market owners to come to an agreement.

What pressure though as I assume they must know he's talking nonsense as they would know if talks are taking place with the planners for another site in Bristol.

If Wael did not want to sell, then the shareholders, which 92% are made up of his family, could out vote him anyway making any protest from him null and void forcing a sale to any new owner, not making it an issue whether he makes the sale public or not! What Wael confirmed was already in the public domain in some scores as owners of the businesses on the fruit market had received letters of offer to purchase, specially mentioning a new sports complex! We don’t know officially who has offered what for the club/fruit market so how can you possibly know for sure what terms they have laid down for Wael Al’Qadi’s shares, position in the club, future position in the club? Not unless you are under the same NDA as Hamer and knowall! Think about the logics of what you are posting!

I can quite well imagine that he loves the limelight and wouldn’t want to lose that, in fact my opinion of him tanked not only because of UWE but also that speaking gig at the Coliseum. It suggests he plays up to his president status. Coupled with his role at the Jordanian FA, interest in Gillingham and shameless plugging with movie stars etc. He seems like someone desperate for any sort of footballing notoriety. Commenting publicly on a deal that wasn’t his raises some questions, you yourself spoke of key players being sent in to have words. Although I accept the point about being outvoted.

The amount of childish borrux being posted is incredible. 'He said, she said'......'running of to Hamer to tell him what I said' etc! 'My source is better than your source', 'he'd better leave the country' etc. I am sorry, but until something definite is produced I will continue to treat this issue with disdain and contempt ! After supporting this club for well over 45 years I have heard it all before. I am fed up to the back teeth of the nudge nudge wink wink approach from those who claim to be ITK. Cryptic hints here and there are just infantile. Wael has confirmed sweet fa, as usual. Look at your post. Are you saying that the Chairman of the football club has signed an NDA regarding the future of the club, yet it appears as though the President (and part owner) has not signed that same NDA? It is all borrux, and that is why I will continue to openly laugh about it. If it all comes off, then fantastic, but I will not be holding my breath. In truth, this whole story has stopped being funny. It's now becoming rather sad.

Yep rather sad and truthfully nothing in 109 pages has led me to think it isn’t all a load of bollocks. Substantive facts are somewhat thin on the ground. Fully concur with Nobbygas above.

People like you were moaning, that we do not hear from him enough. That he only talks to the press a few times a year etc etc. Now he just loves the spotlight. For someone who lives the spotlight, he's not in it very much lol. He's always got to go to events, long before he was the president of Rovers. I love the gas, but he does not need us, to be in the spotlight. If that's what he wants.
