Should be an announcement before the end of September. Was speaking to a major property developer in Bristol on Monday, it’s the talk of the City in his field. I also heard at the ground last night it’s full steam ahead now, advanced stages with the council.
My property contact has said all the trades and building contractors are scrambling around to get in on the project with in his words, an imminent recession to hit the UK in 2020 and they will all need the work. Went onto say ideal time to build, 3 years time when Brexit gone and out of recession we will have take advantage of building costs and competition for work.

I have no idea on this at all, what I was told was from a property guy in the City who is hearing lots of chatter and planning talk. At the ground last night I was just told people above are walking around very confident and I also see the Al Qadi’s we’re back last night and spending more and more time in the UK and at the club.

Right there is a gert big feck off contradiction. I'm happy for you that you have this knowledge. Oh, don't forget to feed your Unicorn before you go swimming in the Chocolate River. Have you just seen the news, HS2 maybe being terminated. Beckham’s site in Miami now been found it’s more toxic than thought originally?! I am told the money is in place, the council are game to do a deal and the sale of the fruit market is happening. But a lot can happen as we know, I believe and I am told it will happen but until I see a digger on the site I will just step back and see what happens. For what it is worth, I have heard this too from both the Fruit Market and club sides. I would caveat that though as they are both at least two steps removed from any signatories.

I also heard through a relative of mine who is friends with a family that work at the Fruit Market, that the site will be sold and businesses will be moving out.
100% true story, don't see why my relative would make that up or their friend.
We will see though!

I was told last night I have a big penis.. I'll believe it when i see it. First off you have to get rid of that Sumo Wrestler sized gut. That will help you see it. Next, you have to inform the person who told you that lie that they have to go to Specsavers.

One of my local traders in Westbury, who is a daily user of the fruit market for his stock, said to me this morning that the deal has been done.... and he supports the team south of the river ! Here's hoping he is right

Forgive me for being sceptical, I recall we were told last October last year. The goalposts always seem to be moving.
