A pretty good descision from the police and club. Obviously there will be an atmosphere and there was trouble at Tinto lounge last year. Amnesty for plastic snakes has cracked me up though But surely if that was a concern the match should have been made all ticket form Day 1 not after Oxford signed MT? As far as these comments, I think the club has lost the plot as how can carrying a plastic snake into the ground incite "hatred or abuse"? "Supporters are reminded that any items that may incite hatred or abuse cannot be brought into the stadium and amnesty bins will be placed around the entrances for these to be disposed of before entrance to the ground will be permitted"

What wateres me off about this is that Taylor used a snake in his pathetic GIF video, and now we can’t take plastic snakes into the Mem? Obviously he’s one of those who can give it but not take it - :insert Bolders pun here: 😁

Thats the regulation they are quoting. They have to warn supporters. I doubt anyone will be offended by a plastic snake, but they have to do it by the book or risk the wrath of the FA if it kicks off over one.

What if John Wayne Bobbit wanted to come to the game. Would he need to hand in his prosthetic snake? Would he get the right one back after the game?

I can officially confirm that sh*t heads have bought tickets for this game
Hence the all ticket tag and the already mounting interest in this game.

They want us to go under but then put money in our coffers.,...strange lot.
City not playing Hull then?
If a match was played at Trashton between those two sides the abbreviations at the top of the screen by the score could be sh** Hull

Our club has clearly lost the plot over this fixture with the talk of amnesty bins etc. I dread to think what Avon and Somersets finest are planning for Saturday. Any incitement that takes place can in my opinion be placed firmly in the hands of BCFC, OUFC and MT. After all none of this would have happened if the snake had not signed for them this week and could easily be averted by him not playing this Saturday. Then it would be just the usual Gas and Yellows idiots having their twice seasonal sports days! Absolute nonsense. Even if he plays and celebrates a goal in front of the Thatchers, if we can't behave ourselves then it says more about our fanbase than anyone else. Particularly in a week where we lost Junior Agogo, surely some perspective can be had. It's a football match.

Somebody mentions plastic snakes and the club and Police panic.Hence a last minute all ticket announcement etc etc. You could not make it up. Is it not true about the usual idiots of both sides causing trouble everytime we play them? I know it's only a football match, I for what it's worth have never caused or have caused trouble and won't be doing so on Saturday. The usual idiots though will carry on as normal irrespective of the sad loss of a club great unfortunately but no doubt they will honour any tribute that takes place.

So is it category A or normal prices? Big Six game obviously. Surprised it wasn't obvious, just like those huge matches and massive rivalries we have with Bolton Wanderers, Ipswich Town, Portsmouth, Sunderland and errrrr Lincoln City I guess Bury and Bolton will be Cat C. How will that work, for season ticket holders, if those games are cancelled?

I agree that amnesty bins are pointless, but surely making it all ticket makes sense? If it deters just a few idiots who would otherwise bring shame on our club then it is worth it in my eyes.
My point is more about incitement though. I hope it doesn't happen, obviously, but if Taylor scores then he is entitled to celebrate within the normal confines of what constitutes an acceptable celebration. We have to take it. If 'supporters' behind the goal hurl abuse at him throughout then they can't cry about it if he celebrates a goal. But you just know if he does, people will be complaining that he incited trouble.

I wouldn't worry, he has probably forgotten how to celebrate a goal anyway its been so long.
