Blimey that’s short notice, I should imagine it’s on police advice.

I expect the Police have been reading the forum so no surprise there. Hiya Julie, you had your results back yet?

I assumed it was already all ticket to be honest. It's always been all ticket for Oxford fans, I can't see either them selling out or us getting that big a home gate to warrant making it all ticket when only 6,000 turned up last night.

I assumed it was already all ticket to be honest. It was a category A game but not all ticket originally.

Isnt every game all ticket now? Technically yes, but you can normally purchase on the day. This will mean no tickets sold on the day.

I assumed it was already all ticket to be honest. Ditto. Don't know why though... Apart from the general thing that there is often trouble at either venue

So is it category A or normal prices? Big Six game obviously. Surprised it wasn't obvious, just like those huge matches and massive rivalries we have with Bolton Wanderers, Ipswich Town, Portsmouth, Sunderland and errrrr Lincoln City

Apart from the general thing that there is often trouble at either venue I can't see that's a reason to make it all ticket for home fans a few days before the game, and I doubt Oxford will sell out their allocation when they only had 6,000 at home last night.

This kind of deters. A little.

The rumour that City fans are buying tickets has probably prompted this.

Sensible move and will hopefully keep away a few of those intent on causing trouble.
