Worst aways of recent memory were Charlton on 2nd January when we lost 5-1. Everyone was doing Dry January except me who had had four pints by 9am.
That or Shrewsbury away when we were 4-0 down at half time so a lot of Gas left and went back to the pub.

Best Goal...Either Cureton away at Stoke or Lambert at Luton
Worst away trip... Hitchin Town FA Cup
JCH market value.... In today's inflated market around £2M although Rovers always seem to miss a 0 out on their valuations.

Paul ‘Nico’ Nixon from 40 yards at Twerton was so memorable for me as I was directly behind the goal at the exact right angle to follow the ball from his foot into the net. It seemed to take an age to get there and arrowed over the top of the keeper’s outstretched hand. A beauty! Everyone thought he was mad to shoot, with good reason having seen him shoot from range before Sometimes it just all clicks. I’m sure there have been better goals for us but that one sticks in my mind. Another very memorable one is Walker’s dink over the keeper at Wembley. Such a classy finish in a high pressure game. I find it hard to understand why he was so ineffective ever after that game - for us or anybody.

The Chester City 4-0 loss was a rather dark day & more recently Bury on a Tuesday night, 200 hardy Rovers souls watched Sinclair receive two yellows in the first half & be easily put away 3-0. The salt to the wound was closures on the motorway on the way home, which meant detours at Manchester, Birmingham & Cheltenham.
Best Rovers goal? Kuffour at Leicester & Campbell at Lincoln in the play offs take my modern day vote.
Saunders in front of the Kop going back a little further. Pandemonium in the away end.

Take your pick from Bodies goals. I'd add the one against Swindon when we won 1-0 as it was a beaut and a matchwinner.
Swindon away in the rain. Luton away when we didn't register a shot. Shrews away when we were 4-0 by half time. There's been a few
