Unfortunate not to make it two. There was also a good opportunity from Alfie Kilgour's head which went just over the bar.

The JCH goal just screams of a striker that is in good form and that is confident in their own ability. Good turn of pace and a neat finish, a fine goal.

Could have been three or four on the back of the second half after a close first half . Their keeper made a couple of good saves also some last ditch defending, I think we made them look worse than they are .

He tends to just wack them low and hard , his strikes smash off the keeper in to the net a lot of the time , so much power. Hit them low and hard and they find their own way in.

What, even if they are smashed low and hard towards the corner flag? Someone phone GC!

That’s how Shearer did it too !

JCH is just so strong too. None of their defenders could cope with him yesterday and after 10 mins were doubling up on him.
That said, any one else think that Rotherham were absolutely massive yesterday? Every player was huge. And that worked to their disadvantage in the end, they started to run out of natural out and out pace. I couldn’t help but think that a Nichols type of player would have done them more service than another lump of muscle.

Certainly think they looked a different, less effective, team as the second half went on. Not sure how much that was down to us being a different, more effective, team as the second half went on. 🤪🤔

Some may laugh but he really reminds me of Alan Warboys, even the awkward looking gait. Really well taken goal.
