No doubt I’ll be told I’m a happy clapper- but can we please cheer up a little?
We’re in a decent league position. THD (maybe our best player?) is back from injury. JCH is a beast. Alfie looks ace. Anssi is going to the euros. Abu has been great. There have been many more success stories this season.
All we ever see is doom and gloom. Fruit market riots, Tom Nicholls out, No exciting players, Walsall are losing, where’s the gaffers poppy, Ollie Clarke isn’t the player he was, Benno is on too much... there’s a case to be made for all those sentiments but-
Cheer up ladies and gentlemen. I understand the frustration but I think we need to calm down and back the team a little more. GC is something a different he just gets on with it, honestly he infuriates me at times but he’s turned it around big style.
Can I say again we have JCH. The man’s a legend. Let’s get the bounce back...

The stuff of our wildest dreams merely 12 months ago. Also consistently operating at a level not seen since 99/00. Long may it continue & improve well into the new year.

Yeah things might pick up once we get rid of the dead wood ie Nichols, Bennett, Sercombe, Rodman, Clarke and get some decent attacking players in.

Things are ticking along quite nicely. There is no reason for any of our fans to be grumpy. Not just re our league position. But that is the main thing. We will go up via the play-offs.

The season we went out of the league, Chesterfield won L2. How fortunes change. We do have some real quality in the team.
I guess uncertainty about the Jordanians hangs like a long autumn shadow.
