This has probably been raised before but as usual, I'm a little late to technology.
I've just bought my Ipswich ticket on line, first time I've done it and it is all a little bit weird.
First of all 'Away' tickets are listed under 'Home' tickets - not a major issue once you work that out, but odd.
Then completing the process of buying the ticket, once your account is created, is pretty straightforward. I live in Sussex so I wasn't sure how creating the account to buy 'Home' tickets might go - would there be some sort of check that I am a Home supporter for example, would it ask for my Helpline membership so that if I needed to (not this time as the tickets are on general sale) I could use it for priority timing - not that I could see. Not sure how that might work if I want to use the priority in future.
I was also a little surprised to see an extra £1 'order processing charge' at the point of confirming the order - an amount that was not visible until after the payment is made.
I don't have a major problem with the amount - this £1 plus the 75p BRFC Service charge are pretty reasonable compared to many on line ticketing experiences, but it seems strange that it isn't clear it is coming until it happens. It may be hidden in the small print of the T's&C's of course.
Oh to be able to phone the shop and order a ticket!
Edit - Who's going to Ipswich?
