It's bizarre to me that Maddison is still playing at this level, he's so far beyond L1 from a talent POV. Injuries or attitude problem perhaps? Saw a Peterborough V Chelsea U21 game a while back and he seemed a right cock considering he was playing against kids so wouldn't surprise me if the attitude problem guess isn't too far wide of the mark. Would definitely think he'd be in the Championship otherwise, especially as I think he had most assists in League One 1 last season? Regularly hits around the 10 league goal mark also so you would think there's an array of scouts monitoring him. From 244 games for Posh, he has netted 62 times and provided 92 assists according to transfermarkt. Apparently Middlesbrough, West Brom, Derby County, Bristol City and Brentford are interested. Has a £2.5 million release clause, but is out of contract in the summer.

Surely you would think someone would have tabled a bid with his stats. Starting to think an attitude problem is likely here.

Probably the toughest test our defence will face this season. Their attacking talents are ridiculous. Ivan Tony top scorer in the league on 14 Next is Mo Eisa on 13 Then Marcus Madison is only on 9 Can't see us keeping a clean sheet on Saturday If the talented youngsters Ricky Jade-Jones and Serhat Tasdemir feature they will also be a threat. Thought Ricky Jade-Jones looked excellent when he came on. Top prospect.

Is that the lightening quick lad they brought on the left side of attack who ran at Mayense second half and caused him a lot of problems?

We are Strong away from Home. At the Mem it is in the balance! Peterborough Mixed form away Peterborough best attack in the league. In my view Rovers have the most in-form defence in the league. This makes Saturday's game even for me! 3rd vs 4th also say's even! It could also be quite entertaining on Saturday! Posh not on top form, but their strikers are class apart. In the past we seem to trip up in these games. I’d be happy with a scrappy 1-0, but I think there will be goals. Oh blimey hell! Shows what you know, innit and we have you in our quiz team? Lawd 'elp us. J/K, have a great Christmas mate.

I know this all about Rovers but………… Wycombe on top ?? There is always one team that surprises people. I think there are three, maybe four, that are surprising people at the moment, Rovers, Wycombe, Blackpool and maybe Coventry. On the other side of the coin, there are some teams that are surprising in their lack of challenging: particularly Sunderland and Portsmouth, although the latter appear to be coming good now.

Really wouldn't surprise me to see Sunderland end up there at the top still. They have the money for good signings at League 1 level in January and also contacts aplenty in the loan market. If they can find teams to pay even half the wages of their flailing strikers Grigg and Wyke to take on loan it would free up even more funds to sign a championship quality attacker.
