A mentor for Ben would be great, it is a big step from coach to manager and the role throws up all kinds of different challenges, 20/30 individuals all with different personalities, only got to look at us lot on here to highlight that fact!, Pulis would be great but not possible, Trolls and Lenny one of the best pairing we ever had and Lenny was under valued at the time, trying to think of suitable candidate, always liked John Ward as a person , yes i know it ended badly for him but that was on field, off field thought he was very level headed and had the right personality for such a roll, settle down now ,just a thought!! A dressing room full of people from an Internet forum is a harrowing thought and should never be brought up again.

Here is something you may not have known, Kevin Maher and Abu Ogogo formed a central midfield partnership at Dagenham and Redbridge.

On a deadly serious note, Warnock has said he's 12 games away from reaching 1,500 games in management and joked he'd have to move to L2 to complete it. If BG is on leave for a long time, maybe Warnock wouldn't say no after all to steadying our ship until the summer...

There is absolutely no way that Pulis (or Warnock for that matter would consider Rovers. Anybody harbouring such thoughts is totally delusional. This club is far too small and insignificant for them. Just consider: what on earth would entice either to come to Rovers unless they were managing the visiting team? You sure about that Winslow? www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/51100089He would be the perfect fit for this squad in the short term.

He's a character and will be missed in the game in my view.

Warnock does seem to genuinely dislike the Sheeed’eads too in fairness.

We're hardly a sinking ship requiring rescuing just yet, why do we need to revert back to GC type tactics under Warnock, when we're trying to move away from that type of football under Garner/Maher. Assuming he eventually does then what happens when Garner eventually returns, we start all over again?
