Well at least there is some engagement, so well done for that. But the forum will be to discuss how to improve the match day experience at the Mem. The survey asked what time you arrived at the Mem on match days. I put 2:30. You were then asked what the club could do to encourage you to arrive earlier. My response was somewhat flippant, probably a bit unfair of me, but seriously, why would I want to get there earlier? To avoid queues whilst stewards attempt pointless frisking at the turnstiles, to enable me to get further back in the enclosure to keep dry, to make sure my eyes have adjusted to the flashing images on the advertising board’s opposite, to enable me time to buy a pasty or drink, visit the Superstore? I suppose if they brought the Blue Flames back I could drool over that for a few mins - at my age that’s about all I could do! There are always plenty of programmes & 50/50 tickets available. The only match day experience I want is a cracking game & 3 points more often than not.

I guess it's just what you're after, I personally enjoy being there a good 45 minutes before kick off to see the atmosphere build up, watch the team train, catch up with my dad etc. But it's also because I'm 6"6 and if I get there 5 minutes before kick off and stand in front of someone, I usually get comments/bordering abuse for the entire game. If I get there earlier, people can move around me that way. I tend to get a 'bubble' where no one stands within about a meter behind me

Sounds like a forum to ascertain how the club can squeeze more money out of the punters before & after games.

Sounds like a forum to ascertain how the club can squeeze more money out of the punters before & after games. why not ? A lot of money is spent in pubs and shops around the ground so anything they can do make match day more profitable makes sense

Sounds like a forum to ascertain how the club can squeeze more money out of the punters before & after games. Strong rumour that TG would like us to go 'cashless' next season...like the big clubs! Some would say we're cashless at the moment............................... Would it be for everything, or just at the shop and tickets? Surely not pies, programmes? Probably the bar.............

Very limited scope for questions, seems like another box ticking exercise.
