When did he last do an interview? Does he still go to games? I imagine he’s with his family back in Jordan at the moment.

The leadership from the top is non-existent.

When he first arrived at the Gas, he was everywhere. Conducting interviews, frequently posting about us on Twitter, in away ends with fans, carried aloft down Gloucester Road etc. Now, we haven’t heard with him in months, he’s gone silent on social media, heck I don’t even know if he attends games regularly. Just proves to me that when owning a football club got rough and suddenly it wasn’t all about Promotions and new stadiums, he couldn’t handle it. It’s a shame really as Wael owning the club promised so much at first and I genuinely believe he’s a nice guy that is passionate about the club still. Needs to step aside if he knows he can’t take us any further.

This club is lacking leadership in the boardroom, on the training ground and out there in the matches. There is every likelihood that we won't win another game this season.
How can anybody be content with that scenario?

How can anybody be content with that scenario? Spot on.There was one person claiming that in the low Key Fans forum recently we were advised we should emphasise and publicise the positives ? Seems a young player signing a contract was what he was referring to.Sad how as a club we seem content to flounder, decay and go backwards at an alarming rate.Positives?? Rose tinters don't even defend the owners now.The non existent Board are no-where to be seen.So dismayed at how we are. Can't see Ben lasting till the next game. But it's only the fans that seem to care.So very sad.

How can anybody be content with that scenario? This is why having a manager like Coughlan was so important. Garner comes across like a wimp , Olly Clarke our captain doesn’t talk or play like a captain . There are no leaders at the club bar Tony Craig. We could sack Garner tomorrow and give the job to Tony Craig until the end of the season and we’d be better.

Your last point is a bit revolutionary and I'm not sure it's too likely but we could do a helluva lot worse.

What's to lose giving Craig and Mansell a leg up for the rest of the season. They cannot possibly any worse.
All the fans want is a team playing their hearts out every game. The tragedy of the current situation is that it looks like the players have lost heart both collectively and individually. When that happens results and performances nose dive. Just as we can see now.

Those two would be great if not for anything else but getting the players fighting for the shirt.

Sorry but this thread is bad timing. The bloke has just recently lost his father, give him a break. Putting life into perspective, little Bristol Rovers is probably the least of his concerns right now.
On this, I did have other thoughts about how this might affect us with his father passing away but it's not the right time to mention those thoughts.

Where the f**k is Starnesy should be the question. Perhaps he is still mulling over what made up questions and guff to put out for the Q&A?
