Just listened to the post match BG interview. Talks of big changes in the summer, if players know for sure they are going to be released come what may then it's hardly a surprise the players are not playing for him.

You make every good point, players know they are on their way out the door aren't going to give 100 percent, even if they are "professionals". Following that line if BG said what the big changes are, we may have better understanding of the clubs situation. But still 1 win 18 hardly gives you confidence he is the manager to lead the players out first game of next season.

Very poor team management from the 'manager'. If he switches the squad off without adequate replacements, with the number of games left, then we will go down with a whimper.

Heโs blaming the players for his own mismanagement. A proper manager would tell the players that they have an opportunity to be in his plans and get them motivated.

Totally out of his depth! The only direction this guy is taking us is down! Can't see us winning a game for the rest of the season with him still in charge ๐

This is a real dilemma, it clearly sounds like the old proโs are having a sulk. Whilst Garner may not be the right man for the job it seems some players are hiding. The senior prioโs should be able to get the club through this phase even if they have to modify things themselves on the pitch. I think if Garner went and they started to get results it would reflect very badly on the players.

Seems like he has done a Dave Penney in a more polite manner. Dave Penney was sacked after about 13 games but this charlatan Ben Garner believes he is untouchable - such arrogance, he will surely wish that against Sunderland he will have wished he resigned tonight. I predict a riot(BAN) metaphorically speaking, after a landslide defeat as the Players will ensure it.

Lost the dressing room by the look of the interview. Wonder who heโs told to f**k off? Seems odd to claim players not putting a shift in when he gives Bennett a run out? Makes zero sense. Players getting regular game time when they donโt deserve it? Something very wrong here and he seems to be struggling to understand it himself.
