Sing Garner out, relentlessly for 90 minutes. No stopping - everyone in the crowd. Even throughout half time. Then pitch invasion at full time to sing it in front of box one until it's confirmed he's gone. Blimey, we playing in Red now? Sorry RD I love you but can’t agree with that behaviour. We've been apathetic for too long. Time to take action. If anything I think I'm going easy on the bloke.

I remember fans chanting "we want Buckle out" "We want Buckle out"
That worked.

"(We're) all on the same page," Garner said. "That's the president and chief executive, who have been great in that respect. They knew the situation here when I came in, what was in place and the fact where we were wasn't a representation of what was going on."
"We didn't expect the results we've had but we also had injuries to key players"

"We didn't expect the results we've had but we also had injuries to key players" How can Jaakkola missing make that much difference when Blackman is a decent replacement and Davies has hardly played this season anyway, time to get the "Garner Out" banners ready for Tuesday. He's just clutching at straws with those two, where's the football Garner claimed we'd be playing, even Harries can't find his teammates with a pass!

Ok Topper I will hold one end, you make the banner and I will “Garner” someone else to hold the other end.

Wael, Starnes and Garner. All incompetent. The sooner they are all gone the better.

Garner as manager, Starnes as CEO and Wael as President. What a dream team we have in charge of the club.
At least I do think Widdrington is a good asset, and Gorringe does his best at polishing the turd that is the Mem, but those are small mercies right now.
I said when DC left that we were on borrowed time at L1 level. GC did a remarkable job as his replacement and far better than I ever expected. But now he's gone too, we are in freefall.

If he can see and identify the players who are not committed to the cause, they should be immediately dropped and replaced by younger and hungrier players. If that means youth/development players, so be it.
He has to pick players who walk the walk.....Southend are obviously looking to next season with their young players and smaller budget and so should we.
I feel the players are conning the manager by training well in the week, but not executing tactics when they cross that white line. He has shown far too much patience with them and should be telling them to start talking to their agents.

Didn't hurt Southend today...but they were playing BRFC which must be every L1 managers dream fixture at the moment

A lot of fans have probably bought their tickets for Tuesday, and to rub salt in it's a Category A game because it's Sunderland; it's a pity they will be up against a team with a catastrophic manager. I’m glad I kept my receipt and will be seeking a refund.

Spoilt brats Sounds to me BG's told most of them they'll be replaced in the summer, I guess their best hope is Garner's replaced before they are! It's complete mismanagement by Wael/MS/BG, somebody like Holloway would have kept us ticking along then made the changes in the summer as required.

If that's the case then why continue to pick the same old guard midfield that clearly can not play to his system ?

Garner did not literally tell them they would be replaced but he gave them pretty big clues that that was his intention during interviews. He played it all wrong right from the outset and the damage is done and beyond repair now.

Spoilt brats The effort of leahy and upson today was embarrassing. Having players like Bennett on Probably double most the teams wages struggling to get a game and collecting it now matter what must effect players too. The trouble is there’s too many players know their leaving in the summer if it’s being given the boot or the likes of jch forcing his way out in the summer and the bond is gone. It started with GC watering off and now the squad doesn’t care anymore and has no belief In their borrowed time at our club.
