Disappointed that today being the last day for ST refund I have not had mine. So I'm well aware that we had the email circulation giving details of refunds available, 10th June. That an email to each supporter would be sent with a refund survey. In all fairness just waited without concern until I realised that my mate had his a week ago. So I checked my BRFC account to check my details. No problem there. Contacted the season ticket refund site, have had an acknowledgment and was told I would be contacted. So it seems now that that any option I had for the refund is irrelevant. Sorry Rovers my plan for a new ST is fading.

Today was the cut off day to let them know what people wanted to do with last seasons over payment. They will then issue the refunds. This was one of the reasons that the lower fee renewal deadline was extended so that the refund would be available first

Current Season Ticket holders who are yet to renew will have their seat reserved until the new deadline of Friday 16th July.
The extension to the deadline allows enough time for refund surveys to be processed, and discounts to be allocated to season ticket holders looking to use their refund towards the price of a 2020/21 season ticket.
Supporters who have selected this option will be contacted via the email that their Season Ticket is linked to, when the refund has been processed, so they can purchase their ticket for the next campaign. It is important that those who have opted for the discount do not purchase a season ticket before the discount is processed if you want the discount to be taken off the purchase.
Any supporters who have changed their email address or don’t think they have one on our system, please log into your account on our ticketing system here. If your season ticket isn’t currently linked to your account, please email SeasonTicketEnquiries@Bristolrovers.co.uk. The deadline for refund claims is Friday 16th June.
We hope that this additional deadline extension will provide more supporters with the chance to secure their season ticket at current prices. We are thankful to every supporter who purchases a ticket in these difficult times.
To apply to finance the purchase of a 2020/21 Season Ticket with 'Premium Credit' please click HERE. If you purchased a season ticket for the 2019/20 season through 'Premium Credit', it will auto-renew for the 2020/21 campaign. If you don't wish to renew, you can opt-out. If you asked for cash refund, the email did say it would happen in July

Have you sent to: clare@bristolrovers.co.uk ? Also, no refund of anything until next month at the earliest as stated in email and o s news.

I’ve had the same, Rovers called me last Saturday, to answer a question I had, I buy three season tickets, but had only been given a refund on mine?. They asked for another email address. Heard nothing since??

Ive phoned a few times, just the answer machine stating they will get back to you, nothing yet. Emailed Clare who promptly replied she will get back if you have left your details and the deadline has been extended to 16th July.

Me too tryed phoning no answer, e mailed numerous times still no luck looks like I've donated the money to the academy Would of been nice to have a choice But I have next season Never mind It's my choice

I didn't get the email.
Phoned Clare left a message.
She phoed back within the hour and was brilliant.
Renewed 2 season tickets and got email later that day donated refund to the academy

So if you had the original email and replied some time ago you just have to wait and hope but if you message Clare she'll sort straight away. Makes the system look crap if Clare can overide the whole process. Hats off to her but the poor lady may implode if she suddenly gets every ST holder emailing her as that seems to be the way to sort things

Just watched Holloway on Quest and he said not one season ticket holder had taken up the offer of a refund , fair play to Grimsby fans they have also raised over £120,000 for the club ! I know times are difficult so fair play to our season ticket holders who waived a refund but also understand why others have taken up the refund offer !
