Just had an email from the club surveying me about my thoughts for a return to the Mem. I basically answered I will do anything to get back in there, mask/no mask, bar/no bar, food/no food. I don’t care!

Just received this, filled it in and fired it straight back. Bring it on!
Noticed that it mentioned that no new St's have been issued yet as the club may have to relocate some of those new St holders to different parts of the ground. Personally answered that I would not want to be relocated from the West Terrace.

If they move me from the wind and rain swept East Terrace to a seat in the West Stand on the halfway line I’ll reluctantly agree just to do my bit to help.

Couldn't fathom why they asked us if we wanted to come with bubbles in the last question? are we West Ham all of a sudden??

I said I’d happily move elsewhere if it means being able to watch a live game, but I’ll be very upset if I have to give up my seat in the west stand almost on the half way line 🥱

The club may as well have just asked two questions:
1, are you happy to return under any circumstances 2, are you a fussy git who's likely to moan whatever we try and do.
Anybody know what a "Fan number" is for the final "bubbles" question as I can't find any reference to it on my Rovers tickets log in.

Have I misread this questionaire or is it indicating that those who have not received their season ticket yet will be the ones who have to relocate? Seems a bit unfair because the only reason i dont have mine is because I have for 20 years had a season ticket in the East side but because I am now 65 I have to wait for my ticket although I renewed it ages ago!

I sense it just means they can move anybody? If you're in a bubble then it's going to be harder to force you all to move than just one individual season ticket holder.

Happily opted to be relocated anywhere. I’ll sit in the horrid South Stand if I must, anything to see the lads back playing with my very eyes.

Guaranteed we'll get the return to the Mem started, and then the Govt will carry out the hinted 2 week National Lockdown in October.

Surely the West Enclosure isn't THAT full of ST holders is it? I haven't received the questionnaire either.

CEO’s letter on Rovers website states we have > 3,000 season ticket holders and were offered a test trial of 1,000 fans for this Saturday but felt it was too late to get organised and club wants at least all season ticket holders to be able to attend for a partial return. They must be testing the water with the survey to see what the fans think but with Gasheads I would suspect at least 80% would definitely attend irrespective?
Also a good précis of the JCH departure.
Actually a really nice letter to fans by M. Starnes!

Excellent initiative from the club
Got an issue ? ask the customer and gauge the response accordingly
We have 3000 season ticket holders, the EFL said 1000.
Good to see and better than deciding who gets in on a who knows who lottery basis.
