I had a problem with Ipswich match, it worked in the garden in my phone for 1st half, then not in lounge for 2nd half. Got a refund. Watched next game fine at my in-laws on my phone on their broadband. Then next game I was at home indoors and couldn’t get it working again. Then 15 mins in realised it was my broadband in the house blocking it. Turns out the pornfilter wasn’t letting it through. I’m with virgin media, so turned off child safe mode and boomshanka! Suspect it’s something to do with the gambling blocks. But if you are having issues, check if broadband has filters on and go unfiltered, you won’t regret it Maybe it was worried about dirty tackles and Hanlan going down in the box.

Paid for the Accrington match on IFollow this afternoon, presume they give an automatic refund?

Paid for the Accrington match on IFollow this afternoon, presume they give an automatic refund? I'm not sure, but would they still send out your code or however it is, when it's made available? Like buying your march ticket in advance perhaps?

I had problems Tuesday, Shrews, and had to download EFL ifollow app. Now I notice the club's web site says you will need an ifollow account to watch games. Any connection here?

No, as using iFollow on a web browser has always been temperamental! That's kind of what I was getting at - if you knew this, why didn't the people running it? And therefore have us all use the ifollow app in the first place? I've had no problem with home matches BTW, and Shrews was the first away one I watched.

At the risk of giving wrong advice, I'd say get in touch with iFollow, they should have a standard refund for postponed matches (I'd assume of course!) Or maybe someone at the Club has better contact for these kind of things? (Or, perhaps an auto refund in the T&C's maybe?)

Not sure how this affects matches called off..! 😒 Bet "epidemic" hasn't been in there for long. Whether this applies to postponed matches I'm unsure. www.efl.com/iFollow/terms-and-conditions/7.
