It ruins your night when your team looks comfortable with 3 points only to get pegged back, would have been a great result an away win with the champions elect coming up.
It's no surprise that people react in strange ways with their remarks post match? Fru Fru Fru Frustration!

Don't forget the greatest invention created to deal with frustration, defeat, depression open a can or bottle and repeat until all such feelings subside.

Working play Grimsby on Tuesday. IF we can beat Barnet we'll be right up there again. There's still a hell of a long way to go yet and whether we like DC and want him to be our manager or think he's a good manager we need to stay positive and turn up and get behind the team. We could still finish top and we could still finish in the bottom half it's early days. We've won twice as many as we've lost this season so it has been alright so far, I honestly don't think sacking DC as some are suggesting if we lose to Barnet would be the right thing to do. DC is a young manager who's learning all the time, some of his substitutions have been excellent and some have been poor now we move on and hopefully turn up in numbers on Tuesday night and have another one of those great nights under the floodlights like last time we played them at home. All is not lost, heads up Gasheads we are still right in the mix.
UTG.

I agree Socrates, we should get behind the team, sing in the good times, shout them along in the bad and less of the negativity. It's no good sacking him, who are we going to get to take on the poisoned chalice, another Mcgoo, no thanks, DC for me, at least he's listened and brought in the striker's we desperately needed, good shout by him and Blissett scored on his debut, how many times has that happened with our strikers in their first game. No doubt someone will tell me. I believe we are well positioned at this stage in the season, hopefully we can stay here and pick up a few points on the leader's and nip 'em to the post with a few games to go, I'd take that. UTG

It stank of a 'Football Manager' decision trying to give everyone a game. I've been behind him from day 1 but he has really watered me off tonight.

Make that 4, then beat Barnet and we would be right up there. It just seems lately that every time we fail to get a result it hinges on one event. Today the sub. McChrystal's ridiculous handball etc.

Being away for several months, I don't visit/post on this forum that much, but my god is it depressing.
People have very short memories, not only about previous managers (please somebody name a perfect one) but of their expectations for the season. Top half, top 10, playoffs will be fine the majority say. We are two points off 2nd FFS, and those who refused to give DC any credit, or barely even make a post when we won 5 on the bounce, are out in force calling him useless.
Yes its not good letting a 2 goal lead slip. But aren't Chester top of the home form table? Some people need to get some perspective before your negativity not only sours everyones mood, but effects the team.... which it already has from what I read/hear from the players/manager.

Todays second half was cracking. A great performance by Rovers. It was gut wrenching to lose the two goal lead but it was great football to watch. I as many others are am bewildered by the substitution of LDV. He looks good. Would love him to sign permamnent

We are slowly progressing as a team but we got to learn how to control game's better. Good side's can slow the game down when they have a lead,we are still very naive in regards of giving away possession. Still onward's to Tuesday, let's beat Barnet.

Promotion is there for the taking at the moment Barnet have wobbled but even if we can't catch them there is nobody really to fear in the Play Offs on present form. If we don't go up this season we may never get an easier chance particularly when we lose another £500K (or upto to 10 1st team players wages!!) from our parachute payment next season, can we as a club really wait another season or two whilst a young manager learns his trade?

On current form (last 5 games) we'd be 19th in the table so I'm not currently thinking we'll storm the playoffs. Not wishing to be a party pooper, and I hope the new boys will sort things out, but we are not certs for Wembley.

That was the best game i have watched this season, and we would have scored again with Verde on the pitch. But so much better keeping the ball on the deck, more chance for Mansell to effect the game, the team getting forward as a unit. Gutted to lose a two goal lead but they were good and for a time after they scored they caused us problems. DC got it wrong taking Verde off,i felt we should of took off Taylor for Clarke when two up UTG

We can't expect such a young manager to get it right every time.

Bring on Gosling who cant get a game ahead of a postman for Gibraltar is like replacing Messi with Francis Jeffers. Odd decision but the defence have to take a big share of the blame for switching off

Socrates as long as DC learns from his mistakes we will have a good manager,it was a cracking second half they deserved there goals but by taking off Verde we lost our goal threat from his crosses and when Blisset went off we had very little up top. Really thought we were going to score a third, but that went when Verde went off, there was no need for a like for like swap,if he was going to change personnell then he should have tightened it up,but why change something when it's working. Still i enjoyed today and not many teams,in this league, would have held us second half
