Just seen on Alex's Instagram that he was back in training today.
Fingers crossed that he's seen the back of this illness, must have been very frustrating for him.

Be great to get him back in the squad again, a very good player on his day and a goal threat as well.

I guess it’s a reminder that BG has so many good attacking options! Rodman is also very good in the air - useful at both ends of the pitch.

In a young team I think his experience and versatility would be good to have. I think he gives a solid 6/10 each match and will be good to have available. UTG!

I like Rodders but think he will be gone end of the season to be replaced by 2 or 3 young players accommodating his wage.

Ifs always wondered why he came so late to League football. I recall he was in the Gateshead team when we were in the Conference. Didn't Hurst sign him for Grimsby then take him with him to ashrewsbury?

Wouldn't be surprised if he got a job with PFA when he hangs up his boots. But whilst he is with us I agree with others that he is a very good player...I think underrated. When I have watched him he seems very disciplined, does his job well, and knows how to finish. Hope he is fit again soon as he would be a very decent addition to the current squad.

Presumably noone came in for him as he signed for Gateshead. Went to Newport the following season and then Hurst signed him for Shrews.

Agreed - he’d by my first choice RWB for us this season if he were fully fit.
