I'm guessing Wael is Gas365, probably not Big Jock I'd love to find out Wael is Big Jock ! When did Wael join the club, when did Jock start posting ? I'm pretty sure Big Jock pre dates Wael's arrival by some margin, but it would be amazing if it were true. It looks like we're all going on a Wael hunt, just like captain Ahab.

Great update. Thank you.
Always had faith in Wael from day one! Never criticised him once. Very approachable for a busy person. Always has time. Will always remember HIM taking a photo of us two at Wycombe 1/2 time when he joined us after take over. Because I had never done selfie before.
Good Luck Wael with everything. Hopefully the new manager works for us.
May all our games end in 3-1 victories for us.

The communication and action from the board really has stepped up astronomically over the last 6 months or so.
Another great update from Wael, to follow a week of decisive action from him, Starnes and the rest of the board, which also included a couple of updates each from Starnes and Widdrington. Absolutely superb. This was all that I asked for when I criticised the board for the poor communication over the last few years. It seems now that Wael really has the bit between his teeth, and has done a wonderful job for the club. I can't thank him enough for his commitment to the Gas. Well done Wael and the club.
Now onto tomorrow, where I hope the lads can back this up with a win. UTG!

Good work by Wael actually getting stuff done. Although we all, at times, have a moan, actually keeping the whole thing on the road at our level doesn’t come without considerable effort, time and stress. So it’s good to know our owner is prepared to make the sacrifices that ensure our club survives.

At one point we had virtually no one on the board of directors, there is now more of a team to run things which can only be a good thing. Is it 4 or 5?

What an interesting, informative , and humorous letter, Wael def one of us and good to see that he seems to have a peek at this forum, thank goodness he has had many plaudits on here in recent months! good that we have someone who is REALLY ITK on board! first one to guess his forum name?! Wael also enforces the view expressed by a few of us on here that BG did an awful lot of good work behind the scenes for the club, you can't help but be confident about the future when we have Wael in charge, up the Rovers! I'm guessing Wael is Gas365, probably not Big Jock Well, they both disliked GC or seemed to! 😉 UTG!

More great communication from the board. They seem to have really improved in this area and it seems to me our fans are right behind them now. Long may it continue and I am feeling really positive for the first time since we returned to league 1. Congratulations to Tommy, reward for all the work and positive impact he is having in the club. Now on to Swindon and a convincing 3 points UTG

Top stuff. Interesting on Director of Football point for TW. From what I have read about PT it sounds like he not the sort of manager who you need/ want that role, he sounds like he likes to have total control. Wasn't Steve Perryman rather famously the DoF at Exeter when Tisdale was there? i thought he went to MK with him as well, but stand to be corrected

Again, good communication, it’s obviously not that hard when you have the intent to do so. Congrats to Tommy W, he has earnt everyone’s respect and Wael obviously recognise a valuable employee and has promoted him. Good to see, a club working together. What do you reckon Antonio, you keeping up! 😉 UTG! I believe the intent was always there, just the previous set up and internal politics made it near impossible

It seems to me this new era of openness started when Wael took sole charge of the club. Maybe he was being restricted before by the family. Anyway long may it continue as it does seem with these new internal changes and comments it feels like we are getting our ‘Gas family’ back

But you may be right in so far as he can now talk about his plans unhindered by other considerations. Whatever, communication has improved over the past 6 months and viral over the past week! UTG!

Reckon this great news and once we get the new SC director appointed and on the board we will have a really good balanced board with a good mixed skillset...... I reckon the improvement in comms is a combination of things - Wael taking sole charge and so doesn't need 'approval' before he can release something and also Karim's influence as he's a PR and Marketing expert and it wouldn't surprise me if he doesn't read the boards, social media, comments in the press and journalist opinions as well as others in the football indutry etc to get a sense of supporter concerns and sentiment and then be able to recommend when or when not to communicate etc
