Ched Evans has just left Fleetwood. When joey gets rid of someone for disciplinary reasons it must be massive 😂 could do a job but loads will say no because of the court case but he was found not guilty on appeal, was distasteful but would not mind him here.

Ched Evans obviously has issues ! It was touted on here before we should try to sign him and like I said before if he signed for us I wouldn’t watch Rovers as long as he was in the squad the man is a first class p,!£k

I know he was convicted but eventually found not guilty, which is the point of the judicial system. The system is not flawless....maybe there are individuals on here who have found themselves on the wrong side of a verdict. All that said, what else has he done that creates such divide ? Or is it a case that the resentment of his actions, irrespective of eventually being found not guilty, cause this ?

He got chucked out of a team for disciplinary reasons, by of all people, Joey Barton. Forget everything else, from a footballing perspective that's gotta raise eyebrows, surely? (No idea what he's supposed to have done, though.)

Barton is without doubt one of the most ill-disciplined players the game has even seen and if he can’t relate or control a player for antics which I’m sure are far less serious than what he use to do, then that to me says a lot more about Barton than it does Evans

Irrespective of what some think of Joey Barton, I think we need to cut him a bit of slack here. It would appear these indiscretions have been going on for sometime and when Evans failed to turn up for training on Friday, it turned out to be the last straw. A good warning I would suggest for other clubs to stay well away.

Ched Evans has just left Fleetwood. It's a no from me on that one. Even with the courtcase aside, the bloke seems like an absolute twat. Always been a knob playing against us aswell, didn't he get sent off against us before? Ability-wise you'd have him in a heartbeat but I think he'd have a bad effect on the rest of the squad, especially with the fact we have a lot of young, impressionable players atm. I expect he'd also have some ridiculous wage demands.

She was in her 20's, volunteered willingly to go to the hotel. In a Kebab shop watered at 1.am. Sorry but she put herself in that position. Her father didn't teach her enough about dangerous things to do.

Ched Evans has just left Fleetwood. He was sacked abruptly. Reading between the lines of what their illustrious manager said, he's a bit of a handful and has had enough chances. Don't think he'd fit in here because we've only got three wheels on our apple cart as it is.

Don't know enough about players outside our squad and of course this is only my opinion today which could very well change tomorrow!
Jordi van Stappershoef - Extend another 12-24 months (still very young for a keeper, hot and cold, so certainly no higher up the chain than backup keeper. Michael Kelly - Let go Alexis Andre - Let go Mark Little - let go (too injury prone) Luke Leahy - Extend another 12 months. Tom Davis - Conversation that if he is fit for last 6 months, contract negotiations can take place. Josh Hare - Extend another 12 months. Abo Ogogo - Let go Kyle Bennett - give him another 5 year deal (joking, send packing) Alex Rodman - Let go Ed Upson - Extend another 12 months. McCormick (end of loan) - Put the feelers out Oztumer (end of loan and end of contract with Charlton) - Put the feelers out

No no no. If he has a poor disciplinary record at a club who’s playing well at the minute fighting at the proper end of the table I wouldn’t trust him to give his all at a club, us, who are at the wrong end of the table and need everyone playing for the shirt. As to him as a player, he might have been a good player years ago but now at 31 that moment has gone and unfortunately for him he spoiled his career. He’s more a warning to young players now, behave yourselves or it could all go wrong. As to the conviction that was quashed, he was ultimately found not guilty but reading what happened that night istr that the young lady involved was drunk and incapable of making any decisions. So he might have been innocent of the charge but as a human being he failed any kind of judgement. As others have said he doesn’t really fit the profile of players needed now and I hope we steer well clear. UTG!
