Tbh I’m glad it ain’t on telly. I think folk may jes get used to all this live streamed footy an that might not be a good thing long term. Its worth debating for sure.... There will definately be different people who use streaming for different purposes.... Some will see it as a downgrade on going to football others will see it as a convenience they much prefer.... It will be interesting to see how the availabilty/unavailability effects people in the future.... I have nearly watched all of our games this season on ifollow and have enjoyed it despite some forgettable performances. In normal times I usually listen to matches and attend a handful of games at the most so I suppose its been a plus for me.

But I think the opposite effect could happen to th lower divisions. That 3 o’clock attending in person feeling may start ta be forgotten by some an they never return ta what essentially th livelihood of clubs like ours.

I never watch the Prem on tv with those over paid, ultra ego stars and the pundits who hardly know the difference between sh*t and pudding I know the Men is a dump but it has the atmosphere lacking at the pristine Prem stadiums and above all genuine supporters. I cant wait to return.

I have just gone on the Rovers site, clicked on ifollow, then subscribe, gone down the page and it clearly shows the Sheff utd game and tells me as a St holder I already have access to this game. That does not make sense because St holders do not get free access to home cup games only the league matches. Going down farther all future matches home and awsy are shown as audio only. The whole site is obviously flawed and needs sorting.

If pubs were open then there's no way BT would make it a pay per View game. Like the Plymouth replay last year which was only available on BT. I think streaming will be the only option for anyone without BT sports It’s not a pay per view game. It’s on the red button on the bt sport channel. Available to bt sport subscribers. I didn't say it was. The poster I was quoting was hoping it would be.

The whole thing appears to be a total cock up!

Pretty sure that is what it said for the Darlo game too.

So it looks like it's BT Sport months pass for £25, or an audio pass for £2.50, or listen on Radio Bristol. Asked the club on Twatter & Facebook if they were going to do anything........No reply as yet!

£25 too expensive to watch one Rovers game for me - not interested in any of the other stuff for the rest of the month. Would pay £10 for the one game.

I wonder what the rules are re COVID cases for the FA Cup. As Sheffield Utd have declared a number of COVID cases in their squad, there is a possibility of not being able to fulfill the tie on the 9th. I get a feeling with the virus out of control, football will stop again soon.
