Since no fans allowed into matches, does anyone know web link or address to find out the weekly Helpline winners?
Or for that matter, any Helpline news?
I see little or no transparency regarding funds published. How we financially help the club could receive publicity, and any improvement in this field could encourage others to join.

Well done, you!
I've received no communication at all since GC was in charge!
I'm not brilliant with computers, but there doesn't appear to be anything online to refer to, no website Twitter or Facebook links that is contemporary explicitly advertised.
All I can see is links to join it on o s...

Helpline was the subject of my first ever post as like this thread I was intrigued to know who won and how often. I won the big prize not long after I joined. After this initial success, I was sort of expecting semi-regular wins. A generation later my prize tally has been a handful of shopping vouchers. It would be good to have a bit of transparency (Bath City publish a list of winners of their "Goldlin£" on their website) but I'm happy to keep my monthly standing order going if for no other reason as a non-season ticket holder I can get priority on tickets. I do agree Helpline probably needs a bit more publicity.

Definitely agree with you, if the supporters club can put the name of winner of their newly launched online 50/50 drew on their website, why can’t the organisers of the Helpline draw do the same or post it on one of the many Rovers Facebook/ Twitter pages.

Agree with the above two posts, plus it would be nice to know how much funds reach the club? If any?
Or is this a non profit making organisation?

Agreed. Some transparency would be good. I won some shopping vouchers a few years ago, would love to know who is winning what. The burning question is are holidays still the top prize?

I won £50 in vouchers a few months back. Had several of those over the years, and also won the 'holiday' about 8 years ago.

I have to confess to knowing nothing about the helpline membership but if rewards like this were clearly advertised there maybe more incentive for people to join.

Thanks for the comments regarding Helpline. We will take on board some of the criticism and have arranged with the Football Club to publish the winning numbers on the Clubs media site. We did used to do this but found that few people appeared to look at them. As far as the money raised, as many will know Helpline started in 1986 and since that time has contributed over £1 million to the Club and even after the awful year we have been through we still managed to raise £30,000 thanks to our members loyalty.

Just to follow up from before.
I've received snail mail (my preferred medium) update newsletter from Helpline this week. I'm assuming most others have too, if kept notice on address update?
Thanks to MR and his team for clarification on to where some of the funds have gone, and moving forward how some of the winning numbers were to be distributed.
Nice. Well done.
Please (if you have a few spare quid in the month) think about joining Helpline to help fund the club in this crisis. It all helps, and is a benign way to support from a distance..
