I dont think we can change the team that start against Posh (unless injuries we are unaware of) but if we are behind could go more attacking and bring Westbrooke, Ayunga or McCormick on for one of the CB's Also agree if we are winning and need to toughen up, Hargreaves is a great option from the bench. Finally, maybe not Saturday, but I'd like to see Zain Walker get 10 minutes to scare defenders at the end of some games. Maybe in a 442 with JA if we need to rest Hanlan.

3-2 Gas Win ... Not sure how you can change Tuesday nights team BUT Hanlan will need to be more clinical.
Oz and Sammy will tear them apart .... Sadly Humphrys and Lund will give us grief.

Tis suggesting that a couple had bumps that might affect selection but Ozzy and Sam seem to be ok. Seems happy that we have enough to select from though

This is a simple one: score more than them

Ogogo will not let lund spend time on the ball. Which will allow our wizards to do their magic

Same formation same starting 11 as long as everybody fit to play. If Ogogo or Grant are unavailable then Mc Cormick in for either.
I thought we were excellent v Peterborough and if it isn’t broke don’t fix it.

From what I've seen, Dale like the high press with the midfield attacking the second ball. This is where Lund is dangerous, our defence will need to be on it, cutting out the silly passes that put us under pressure. They offer danger from set pieces with Humphrys clever in the box. Ironically their defence don't deal with the high press very well so we need to get at them further up the pitch. Daly would be perfect for this kind of game. I'm a bit nervous about this one as I think if we sit back and try to pick them off they will beat us, we need to get at them from the start.

I would take out Grant for LMc just to be a touch more attacking at home. Ogogo has proven more than once that he is capable of being the anchoring midfielder alone.

Ogogo-Grant was ideal for playing away at a top team on a cabbage patch pitch - not sure how I’d feel about starting 5 defenders and 2 holding midfielders at home to the side one place above us...

We definitely need to be more expansive at home, they concede a lot of goals, but they’ve also got a bit about them. They’ve proved time and again, they don’t know when there beat, with a fair few high scoring draws.

Saw the 1st game at Eastville 3-3. Sure it was a Tony Buck that scored a hat trick against us.

www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/55816464In their past nine games, the ball has been in the back of the net a whopping 47 times, an average of more than five goals per match. The only downside if you're a Dale fan - they've only won one of these games. That is some stat.

I see they're third in the table for goals scored and third from bottom for goals against. 0-0 coming up, obvs.

Five at the back and two holding midfielders away to one of the divisions most dangerous teams is one thing, the same defensive formation in a must win home game against a bottom end rival would be a huge mistake IMO.

4-2-3-1
Day
Williams Ehmer Kilgour Tutonda
Ogogo Grant
Nicholson Oz McCormick
Hanlan
I think we will win 4-0 tomorrow
Start of the pulling away from the bottom places and if we could sign an experienced forward I think we could finish the season strongly. I really like the idea of Hanlan in the 3 behind the striker, think that would suit his game.

Big game for whoever plays right back, they will need to keep Baah quiet. He can certainly shoot if allowed to cut inside on his other foot. Wouldn't mind him playing for us, but hopefully his mind is elsewhere with speculation about a possible move. They really do have a good attacking threat, hopefully our defence will come out on top as we should score!

Any team that can score 4 at Charlton must be a threat to us. I would play the same team that we had out at Peterboro and keep playing that team until the end of the season, bar injuries ans suspensions If we did then how long will it be before you're moaning about PT's defensive tactics of playing 5 at the back and two DCM's and only 1 striker at home? It'll be interesting to see the team sheet at 2pm tomorrow.

Agree horses for courses a point is no good here, McCormick for ogogo as grant had his best game Tuesday and more familiar to the team
