Why do they get to escape flack and being sacked? Starnes and Widdrington are the worst CEO / DofF combo I’ve ever seen.
Totally Teflon cowards that run with the foxes and hunt with the hounds!
I hope Wael clears the lot!

Maybe TW was only following orders, who knows, but MS should be held accountable for appointing Tisdale and the train wreck that followed. He has got to be held to account for this fiasco. We are the new Watford.

A fish rots from the head.
Get them all out.
(As said before I do believe Wael has the clubs best intentions at heart, he’s just appointed absolute failures, who are appointing absolute failures - how TW is coming out of this unscathed is beyond me, the fact he’ll now potentially be caretaker manager till the end of the season is mind blowing!!)

A genuine nice guy with money being sold a dream by quite frankly, frauds. For example all of these firings and hirings, is it Wael who does it or Starnes? Or a combination of both? I’m so confused and disillusioned with the club and the decision making processes it has in place.

They are the ones who run down the people who input real truth in the game. Wael is being guided by people who are there for themselves - not for the Club or us supporters - do not be misled.

How did the last people who support this club get on in the board room? Oh yeah...Dam sh**e. So sh**e everyone said we should have paid experts.

I personally think clubs should be run more like a business ie Peterborough. Take emotion out of it.
Obviously hard to do for fans like us, but ultimately if it’s run like a business it allows maximum transparency and accountability.
What we have now is some weird position where Starnes and Widdrington make all of the decisions but aren’t held accountable, with each time a manager instead burdening the blame and getting all of the flack.
I agree Tisdale did an awful job, on paper our worst ever manager, but as some have said here - either Starnes/Wael were confident in him long term, in which case don’t sack him and give him a go at league 2, OR, yet again they've appointed someone they’re not confident in.
Either way it’s a shambles.

Totally agree. The problems at this club won't be simply resolved by recruiting another manager. Apart from Wael, the rest can go as far as I am concerned. Let's not lose sight of the fact that most of the players have been shocking.

Fanatical, I am intrigued at how you know and come to the conclusion that Starnes and Widdrington are in it for themselves? I haven’t heard or seen anything myself but I’m not itk and I’ve never been in the corridors of power ....... yet..... who are the people that input real truth in the game?

Starnes seemed to have a good reputation when he joined us and Widdrington appeared to do well in his previous job at Coventry, the downfall was appointing BG, and not sacking him at the end of last season, ans that looks very much a Wael appointment not an MS/TW appointment.
