Good news for me. Until January apparently. Always gotta be wary of players that go on loan to clubs in higher divisions. Just doesn't make any sense for the receiving club. If they were any good they wouldn't be going out on loan, and certainly not to a higher division. But thanks Stevenage. It baffles me how supporters can forget a players ability - Brunt was BRILLIANT in League 2 for us - he tore experienced defenders apart. He then had a serious injury. he hasn't got back to those heights yet - but he is 21 ? Maybe he is looking for a fresh start. God help us if/when we get back to L2 and we play against Brunt in his earlier form !! Pre injury he was superb. What I don't understand is that we stuck by him while he was injured then ship him our as soon as he's fit without letting him have a run in the side. That said, we need goals NOW so maybe DC is just being ruthless.

Just wish him luck - an injury-free rest of the season !

Watching his video he sounds a confident lad. Expect to see him come on for Blissett tomorrow on 60 minutes.

Having thought this bloke was just a conventional target man, really impressed with some of his goals for Luton.
- Last goal

All I ever saw was huff and puff. I disagree that he was brilliant in league 2. I didnt see a great deal of ability there ever if im honest. A fresh start is needed for the guy, got nothing against him, wish him all the best. You missed all his goals before he got injured then? All his 5 goals? No I didn't. Why?

His five goals from eighteen appearances - a nearly 28% strike rate; just under one in three. Just wondered if you had a better view than everyone else and saw him huff and puff the ball into the net.

We are right to send him out don't you think.

I feel he could be a very good asset with the right combination players to play with him up front, confidence is all a striker needs and Wall appears to have it in abundance. In the interview he just wants to prove himself.

Early days of course. I do think Blissett has an extra assett over the standard 'target man' due to his mobility. Wall did look capable at shrugging people off but seemed to early for him today for my liking and we were noticably a bigger threat once Bliss came on.

I literally love Bliss. Strong, good at flick ons, quick for a tall bloke, puts in 110%. Seems like a nice bloke as well to cap it off.

Isn't it a bit early to write him off? He hasn't played a competitive game for 7 weeks.

Agreed GGMI, I like seeing a forward ball being made the most of even if it's not directly at the target man. I don't want to off Harrold seeing as he put in everything whilst he was here, but can you imagine Harrold running onto that pass through for Bliss' goal today? That's not just aimed at Harrold mind, most of our target men in recent years.
