Bit harsh given that it was his first 45 minutes with team mates he only met yesterday and devoid of the service that Balanta and Della Verde provided in the second half. I would never judge a player based on his first 45 minutes for the club. In all honesty it might have been fairer to have started him as sub and brought him on with say 20 minutes to go but we won today so who cares!!!

A bit unfair on Wall by one or two posters. Clearly he's not match fit and looked a bit red in the face after 20 minutes but worked extremely hard in a first half where he received very little service from the non-existent wings.

Yeah, possibly but I was more impressed with both Balanta and Goldberg's small cameos at the end of the Barnet game and they both got less game time than Wall. Hopefully there is more to come from him.

Not much from Wall yesterday, but I'm sure he will be a very useful option. They need game time, don't they? Everyone was groaning about McChrystal having to replace Trotman - a few games later and MM is looking excellent.
But Blissett looks the business, he really does, IMO.

I thought he did ok as a bustling centre forward I actually think he wore down their defenders and when we put on a bit of pace later on Welling could not cope.
