This is the bottom seven's results against each other so far. (I counted it by hand so there may be errors.)

Rochdale 3-4-4 13

Who would have thought we would get 0 points against Wigand and Burton but pick up 6 against Portsmouth and Shrewsbury.
We still have to play three more games against these teams. I actually think we have more chance picking up points against the teams higher up the league.

They are awful against lumpers.

Interestingly Wimbledon now play 5 of the bottom 6 other clubs between now and the end of March.
Four of those games are at home and they play us at The Mem, which becomes a crunch game but they could potentially be taking points away from those others at the bottom.
At the moment some of our last games are against teams with potentially nothing to play for so this season is going to go down to the wire I think and we are in for a long battle to avoid the drop, but we can!

Of course we can avoid the drop but I doubt it. Perhaps I'm being pessimistic. We are not accumulating enough points against fellow strugglers and that is a recipe for relegation. Recent defeats to Wigan and Burton have been very costly. Late goals and a needless sending off haven't helped. If we are relying on staying up by beating mid table teams that seems a very fragile strategy.

We have definitely improved under joey but the points return not great, swindle and wombles are two must not lose, but are both winnable, Plymouth are up and down so we need to press them and hopefully get something. Cant see us getting anything from the Hull, Sunderland and Ipswich games unfortunately. Those figures look dreadful against the poorer sides.

At this time of the season you are more likely to pick up points against mid table teams who know that they are not catchin the play off place teams and know they aren't going out of the league, because they beging to play their youth players so they can decide who to keep and who to let go

Although as we all know from the Mansfield game, even a team who forgets to bring their kit can still get a result which sends us down.

Seems we have a tough run in mostly against teams aiming to go up.
