Not even Bolt would have got on the end of that first one without being offside, try harder. So we wouldn't have scored 2 if he hadn't have played but we may have scored one and he should be dropped because of that. The goal difference isn't bad because of Matty Taylor. It may have been three or four better but then he's made goals too. Our goal difference wouldn't be Barnet or Grimsby level unless your saying Taylor has been the difference scoring an extra 18 or 29 goals, taking his six out. We are going to have to agree to disagree on this bloke. You seem to think he is some sort of God,and I know he isn't any good. I don't think he's some kind of God, I just understand football enough to know that if he was a top notch finisher, he wouldn't be anywhere near the conference. He's still a damn good player though, I can see where his flaws are, i've said it many a time, his finishing isn't quite good enough. I can say that because I can be objective about a footballer. You aren't willing to give any praise where its due and it makes you look silly. By comments like "He just runs around a lot" or "He adds nothing to a team" or even thinking that he deserves to be dropped despite his current form either displays a lack of intelligence or an inherit stubbornness, because they clearly aren't true viewpoints.

I don't remember saying that he adds nothing to the team. And I never said he should be dropped given his current form.i said he said he shouldn't have been in the team before his last three game improved run.I think he isn't as good as you think,The 11 players on the pitch at the end of yesterdays game are the best 11,with the possible exception of McChrystal.

You saying the 11 on the pitch at the end of the game are our best is the same as you saying he should be dropped. You say that you cannot judge Balanta yet but your saying Balanta should take Taylor's place, even though Balanta isn't even a natural striker. You do say he just runs around a lot, you never credit him for his excellent play. You say he misses chances and you don't comment on the ones he creates or scores. You can only state what he does badly and you can't state what he does good.

To be fair to Tbone he sticks by his statements and he gives you his thinking and you can't ask for more than that. Football is about opinions right down to how the players perform on a match day. People will have favourite players and those they don't rate, that's how it is. I am willing to stick my neck out amd say that Balanta provided he stays fit and focused, will be one of our best players and going up is the only way we will keep him.I feel I have seen enough talent in the short time I have seen him to say that.

I can and will change my mind about Taylor,if he consistently does his job. He has consistently cost us points since his glaring one on one miss in the Grimsby game. The reference to our best starting eleven is based on the fact that I believe that Balanta will offer more than just a player that runs around a lot.We can after all find someone else to take penalties, just as long as its not Brown. As I have previously stated, I do not have a problem with Taylor other than the fact that he is not good enough. If other people think differently, then that is up to them. Nothing would please me more than Taylor to prove me wrong, but I very rarely am. A slight improvement in the last 3 games is not enough. We should be top of this league, and would be if the striker that has played the most games was more clinical.

The one that has missed so many chances this season that it has cost us a possible place at the very top of this god forsaken league.Blisset hasn't been here long enough for that to apply to him,so I will leave you to work out the answer. Would that be the one who is the clubs top scorer ?? If he carries on at this rate he'll have 14 by the end of the season. I actually think he can maybe get 20 now.

Tbone, I don't think you got back to me about wether we would have scored two without Taylor yesterday? We would have scored more had he not stupidly strayed offside in the first half, and wastefully blew a great chance in the second half.Just think how that would have improved our goal difference. A goal difference which is wretched, mainly due to your man missing so many easy chances since the very first game of the season. That offside was by a hair's breadth. Such a tight call I'm not even convinced it was correct.
