My tickets for both games arrived yesterday. Had emails all the way through this issue, so no idea why there is inconsistency in who has/hasn't received everything.

If you go to your (ahem) TicketMaster account, www.eticketing.co.uk/bristolrovers/ log into your account, then click on the "My Account" link top right hand corner, and select: Account History. 2 of the "Purchased Items) should be for the 1st 2 home games. You will not be able to print these at home, but should indicate that you will receive the actual paper tickets. If this does not show for you, then the contact details for TM are: Customer Service Contacts Tel: 0333 321 9998 - Mon-Fri 9am-5pm. Email: brfctickets@ticketmaster.co.uk Where you cn check you do have a registered season ticket, that you have/have not received an email, that they will/will not dispatch 2 tickets to your home address. Hope it helps. Just logged on to account no purchased tickets, just Option to buy Stevenage and Oldham tickets. Tells me I am member but runs out in jan 2022? Same as me plus still no email or match tickets why does it say member runs out in Jan 22?

We'll give them the benefit of the doubt, and the postal system, so maybe tomorrow, but if nothing by then, that's my physical and financial support for the Rovers gone.

I’m on gmail and didn’t get an email from ticketmaster Have you logged into Ticketmaster and checked the email address? It sounds obvious, but when I did it wasn't what I was expecting!!

Mine arrived this morning, but not my lads who ST is on the same account number as mine Maybe they will arrive tomorrow ? I spoke to them a couple of weeks ago and they had to setup my 2x under 16 season ticket accounts for the kids. So you might find this hasn't been done. They also had a completely random email on my account for someone called Gary Ashman! It sounds like something has gone horribly wrong with the database.

That would probably explain why people were receiving other peoples tickets in the post.... Horribly wrong is an understatement....

I'm not sure whether we should affectionately rename ticketmaster as:
Ticketdisater or stickitmaster

At the time I thought it was just an error on my account as I had called up before to get my middle name amended and I thought the person I spoke to might have saved another email address in error as they corrected it.

Incorrect emails. Tickets going out to the wrong people. That is a massive balls up. They got fined for data issues a few years ago and obviously have not improved their systems 😡

I was actually thinking the same mate , this club really does make it difficult to support at times , it’s just frustrating they’ve had so long to make sure this was done properly and you would of thought they’d be desperate for all the extra match day revenue, apparently not.

Bought a family (1 adult and 2xU16) ST but did not know the kids needed separate accounts activating and setting up until I queried why I could only buy one priority ticket for Exeter. All sorted now and the three accounts are linked as a network and we’ll each eventually get a separate ST card. However, as the kids accounts only got sorted in the last day or so it explains why I’ve got my Stevenage ticket in the post and they haven’t. None of this was clearly explained at the outset though, which could have saved a lot of confusion.

Good luck - mine didn’t arrive today. Not sure I can be arsed with a huge queue and argument at the ticket office Saturday so pretty much resigned to missing the next two games. I will be doing the exact same , if it doesn’t turn up tomorrow I won’t be going as it will be way too much hassle , I dread to think how bad it’s going to be on Saturday with season ticket holders queuing for the match day ticket office , they’re not the quickest at the best of times , this really is terrible customer service. I’m clinging to the hope of Friday or Saturday post. If not my only option will be to get the ground ridiculously early, try and sort out something at the ticket office and then spend an hour or so going for a drink/bite to eat on Glos Road. Does anyone know what time the ticket office opens Saturday? Hopefully earlier than normal for obvious reasons and the staff fully briefed on the situation with a plan to deal with ST replacements quickly.

After a recruitment selection/interviews process, someone tried to sort the spreadsheet of results by score, but rather than sort the whole table, just sorted the one column, so ended up with names and selection scores randomly attributed. The mistake wasn’t realised until after the job offers had gone out … and if that can happen in the NHS …!

No email or ticket for me either, the club should be dragging punters off the street and bundling through the turnstiles rather than the opposite, heads should roll for this !! grrrr!!

Lol! Sounds like someone corrupted a CSV!
Gotta love a botched data system migration.

I spoke to Ticketmaster this morning they told me that although I am a verified season ticket holder I would not be getting my plastic card or digital season tickets until at least the third game of the season, I purchased it 2 months ago. They also said that I should go to the ticket office on Saturday, explain what has happened, show proof of my purchase. I can then be sorted out with a ticket. Absolute fiasco. There will be many fans on Saturday queueing to sort this mess instead of spending money in the club facilities.

Luckily I received both the email and a few days later the correct tickets for the first two games. What concerns me though, reading this thread, is the lack of communication from the club on what has happened, what is being done to fix it, and how people can attend these fixtures if they are the unlucky ones caught up in this mess. Yes we received an email (from "Bristol Rovers" but in my opinion clearly written by TM), but many have not - so apart from this platform and social media they have been told nothing as far as I can see. Shocking way to treat your customers. When the fixtures came out and COVID restrictions relaxed I though Saturdays game would be a 10,000 attendance. Now with the poor start on the pitch (although early days) and this shocking ticket fiasco, coupled with poor communication I can see 1000's less than that being there. Why is there not any official comment on the website/platforms from the club with their contingency plan to ensure all that want to attend can do so without undue hassle and disruption? I hope TM are paying the bill!
Bigger concern is however, how many of the affected fans will not come back?
