But it wasn't an "idea" it's down to incompatible between two computer systems? Hopefully Ticketmaster are picking up the extra costs. Ticketmaster paying according to club statement. I suspect, having worked on a lot of these integrations in my professional life, that it’s due to poor management or a cock up at the ticket master end. Possibly both. Why did ticketmaster leave it so late to determine the compatibility issue? Surely they should have been testing a few to make sure it worked a long time ago. As for the delay in cards for brand new ST holders what possible excuse could they come out with for that? An absolutely unforgivable shambles and their reputation with Rovers fans will never be repaired.

I guess we can just show the .pdf ticket that is attached to the email if people can't print for some reason? It's exactly the same as what would be printed only electronic rather than paper based. I'd imagine that as long as they can scan the bar code at the very top of the ticket it doesn't matter what format it's in? I don't think that matters either too much, mine did not scan Tuesday and the Turnstile operator scanned a card and let me in

Half the staff don't know what's going on, most of the fans are eondering why they've psid for all this, again, and somewhere in the middle we'll meet up and watch us get stuffed by Stevenage tomorrow. How sad are we? Knew it.

It’s probably plain and simply because we weren’t a priority and weren’t thought of until the last minute, with little to no contingency baked in.

Worse things happen at sea ©️My mum Of course it’s not the end of the world. Nothing in the context of following a league two football club is the end of the world. You may think the shambolic handling of issuing ST isn’t an issue, judging by virtually every single contributor to this thread you are in the minority. Many will have been spending many hours trying to get their own situation sorted and getting very frustrated and stressed.
