Just had my ticket come through via email for Saturday , Like others have said , you can also scan it from your phone if needed, That’s what I’ll be doing. Hopefully everyone else gets theirs ! Utter shambles !!!

Received my e-ticket eventually - what an absolute farce.
Totally inexcusable.
Has there been any apology/ acknowledgment of this shambles from the club?

Maybe offering a £5 gift voucher for the club shop could be a decent way of expressing the club’s apologies for the system not working? Would get people spending on Rovers merchandise at the same time.

I just got my email with the Saturday ticket and note re Tuesday.
Don’t waste ink printing it - nobody’s printed tickets were working on Tuesday night as the barcode prints far too small for inkjet printers not to bleed together. Farce, waterup, brewery?
Mine came as a result of contacting TG who replied in a few hours and apologised thanking me for my support. I have suggested he looks here if he hasn’t already. I think a lot of us are on short fuses after last season (and this start looking too similar so far) plus all the pandemic nonsense.
Where were the COVID checks and masks on Tuesday, by the way?

Had two tickets arrive for the new season ticket holder in our house, yet nothing for the two long established ST holders. No e.mail either. Thankfully I've kept my confirmation of payment e-mail from Ticketmaster, and I've managed to get access to my Ticketmaster Account, so I've e-mailed them asking for a reply asap. Useless lot. Really not happy. Any joy mate ? Lots seem to of been sent through late tonight ?

Thankfully I've kept my confirmation of payment e-mail from Ticketmaster, and I've managed to get access to my Ticketmaster Account, so I've e-mailed them asking for a reply asap. Useless lot. Really not happy. Any joy mate ? Lots seem to of been sent through late tonight ? I was emailed 9.10pm last night with a pdf printable ticket. Apparently I chose this option (I didn't), and I'll expect another email Monday for Tuesday nights game. My Father however hasn't been contacted, with anything, that I'm aware of, I'll be checking shortly.

They've already got this from my first message. And I was emailed my Stevenage ticket last night.
Who's bright idea was it to use this useless lot? I don't trust them, at all.

Right, both of us sorted. I think. My Father and I have been e-mailed, 2 pdf Season Ticket Passes for tomorrow. Not the easiest to print but we've done it.

What’s the issue? Don’t get all the moan brigade. Makes no odds to me if it’s a season ticket book, card, scan on phone or print at home, all I care about is three points on Saturday.

UTG Fans were moaning because they were promised communication via post, yesterday. They didn't get it. I didn't get it, I only got mine last night, via e-mail, and I'm not sure everyone has in fact got a way of getting into the Ground as yet. Thanks for caring though.

I guess we can just show the .pdf ticket that is attached to the email if people can't print for some reason? It's exactly the same as what would be printed only electronic rather than paper based.

I'd imagine that as long as they can scan the bar code at the very top of the ticket it doesn't matter what format it's in?

Apparently its better to scan the barcode at turnstiles with your mobile phone as you can zoom in and out on the bar code and its a clearer format. Printing it off can cause the bar code to not be at the right size and not to be clear enough to scan.

Mate of mine had a print out. Both worked.
