Two fixtures of our 2021/22 pre-season schedule have been confirmed.
Rovers will head to Melksham Town on Friday, 2nd July (7:45pm KO) to begin their pre-season schedule.
Tickets for the fixture will be available on Melksham's website.
There are currently a limited number of tickets on sale for this fixture, which could increase in the future, in response to further changes to the COVID-19 restrictions.
The Gas will then travel to Havant & Waterlooville on Tuesday, 13th July (7:45pm - KO).
Tickets for this fixture are available HERE.
Rovers will play pre-season fixtures this summer at the Memorial Stadium, details of which will be released in the near future.
Rovers have cancelled their friendly with Cheltenham due to the fact they have drawn them in both the Papa John's trophy and the Carabao cup (I made this bit up)

Thanks Sean. 👍

Some more friendlies have been announced: www.bristolrovers.co.uk/news/2021/june/pre-season-fixtures-home/" We are pleased to announce the details of three home fixtures to be added to our 2021/22 pre-season schedule.
Joey Barton's side will play host to Plymouth Argyle on Saturday, 17th July (1pm KO), Swansea City on Saturday, 24th July (3pm KO) and Oxford United on Saturday, 31st July (1pm KO). In line with the COVID-19 restrictions, the permitted capacity for our encounter with Plymouth Argyle will be 2,000 supporters, with the attendance increasing to 4,000 for the Swansea City fixture and a full capacity expected for the visit of Oxford United. We must stress that fixtures are open to home supporters only, with away fans not permitted to attend the pre-season fixtures this season. Ticket information will be released soon."

Priority purchase for ST holders for the reduced capacity games then? Considering most, if not all, season ticket holders overpaid for ifollow on home games last season, wouldn't it be a great gesture to allow us foc entry for the full capacity Oxford game?

Not sure about the exact maths but I didn't feel I was being overcharged considering the number of games I watched on ifollow. Guess it depends on how much your Season Ticket was.

Nah Rovers haven’t had any gate receipts for over a year, I’ll happily pay to watch a friendly.

Why only 4k against Swansea, when in theory restrictions will have been lifted?
