Morning everyone, seems to have worked so far, I'm up, I'm awake, sort of, so let's do this. Got everything sorted for tonight? Another stay at home for me with my Father. Make a decent start, go 1 up, hold till half time, get a 2nd, 2-0, thank you very much.

Watched every game in Greenhouse so far so can't possibly change it!
Most surreal feeling I've ever had in football, waking up this morning.
Unbelievable feeling to know we're playing in a cup final tonight.

At home with Archie, who has just been selected for the south Gos premier league squad so a very proud Dad.
We ve got some picky food for a Buffet, aka Royle family 😂 Bulmers and stella, water and apple juice for little Foden!
I'm predicting a feisty final with the Italians losing their heads and two sending offs
England 3 1 win, Kane sterling and maguire.

Same as the semi final, will be at home. Happy to just make the first final in my lifetime but hoping we edge it. I'm expecting a close game, maybe 2-1 inside 90 minutes.

Watching at home with my fiancé, same as all the matches so far, fielding questions such as "Has a goalkeeper ever just kicked it out of play", "Has the referee ever got in the way", and "Has a goalkeeper ever kicked it all the way to the other goal". Its all part of the fun of major tournaments 😄

Had words with a few Italian friends ( one an ex Player for the gas, never made it to the first team) and they all say that the defence is slow and our quick boys should do them, fully expect us to win with a Pen in there somewhere, 3-1 England !

Just joking! Can’t fking wait!! Been waiting for this my whole life! Never thought I would see England in with a chance of winning one of the two majors. Thank you Gareth and all the boys, Heros in my eyes whatever happens. Watching at home with the family and like Jomo I will likely also be fielding daft questions. Enjoy everyone, I have pulled the sofa off the wall so there is room behind it!

Got loads of beer in so just watching at home tonight, which i prefer because you can concentrate on the game better.

If we win there will be massive celebrations if we lose we will feel deflated, maybe even angry if losing was self inflicted or as a result of incompetence from players or officials. However, for me the feeling I get if we win tonight will be only a fraction of the joy and happiness I felt when Lee Brown scored against Dagenham to send us up in injury time and the despair or anger if we lose will be absolutely nothing compared to what I felt when we lost to Mansfield when they weren’t even trying, to get relegated to non league. Two fourth tier games at the Mem. Tonight’s match as important as it is can’t hold a candle to either of them! |
