I remember Jason Robert’s being rubbish for a while. Lots of potential but no end product. Had a run of games and came goods Ayunga never had a good run in the team and we were always struggling!
I think we should have worked with him and it troubles me that JB is continuing to make decisions with all this crap going on. We’re no better off for strikers now than we were under BG!!

Delighted he's gone. Has got the ability. Does not have the Brain to play football at this level.Could not read a pass if his life depended on it. Just as well he's moved up to L1 then!!

Unbelievable move for Jonah. Really never looked like scoring many. Expecting Morecombe to struggle next season if Jonah is their main man. They are saying they want two players in each position so won’t necessarily be number one. I hadn't realised Stephen Robinson was their manager. Wasn't he linked with our job when Barton got it?

No thanks to another ageing failed striker, especially one that played for the sh1t, rather have a hungry Jonah than him. 190 league and cup goals. ''Failed'' Played for the Sh1t no thanks, Lee Mathews, Akinde, no, what is the obsession with them.

Good luck to Jonah --- wish him well. I didn't really rate him that highly but obviously those with greater knowledge think he's a L1 striker. Perhaps he is that good and was just surrounded by a bunch of woeful players last season. Anyway, I hope we have some sort of sell on clause inserted into the transaction in the event he becomes a hot prospect with different employers.

I don’t necessarily think he would have been a star man for us this season but he is a striker who gained experience at a higher level last season and could have been a squad player for us. We may have a player signed already, in which case fair enough, but if we haven’t then surely the uncertainty around Barton will have an affect on players deciding whether to come to us, and as such it would be odd we didn’t wait a bit before consenting to him leaving.

Didn't work out for him here, but I hope he does well for Morecambe.

Free up wage now to offer Brett Pittman a contract with perhaps a goals incentive. Ayunga showed in just the Portsmouth match what he was capable of but other performances were poor. Reminded me of Conference player struggled with persistent injuries too. Not one who will haunt us another Blissett flattered to deceive. Who from? A manager who may well be sent down by the end of the year?

Disappointing news. BRFC may not have seen the best of Jonah Ayunga. Good luck in Morecambe Jonah.

Think this one could come back to bite us. The Portsmouth game showed he had everything needed to develop into a decent front man. Be just our luck he will score more than our top scorer

Another from one of the worst Rovers teams I can remember getting rewarded with a L1 contract.
Sorry to see this lad move on though..

The other weird thing about this is it that he has left just before the friendly against Havant and Waterlooville that was arranged as part of the deal.
