Delighted he's gone. Has got the ability. Does not have the Brain to play football at this level.Could not read a pass if his life depended on it. Just as well he's moved up to L1 then!! Yep! We were L1 last Season. So Statement correct. Jonah Has'nt Moved upto L1 as he has never played L2

Good luck Jonah, struggled with us last season but at least you have a second chance to prove yourself.

I thought he was one of the only players from last year that we could have built something with.He is very raw, but I think he could become a very decent L1 player over time.I wouldn't say it's a loss like when we let Zamora go years ago,but player that we could have used this season and maybe next.

I remember Jason Robert’s being rubbish for a while. Lots of potential but no end product. Had a run of games and came goods Ayunga never had a good run in the team and we were always struggling! I think we should have worked with him and it troubles me that JB is continuing to make decisions with all this crap going on. We’re no better off for strikers now than we were under BG!! Good point and one of the main reasons along the other twelve why we went down.

As I understand it Jonah was brought as an understudy to JCH, not a direct replacement, then circumstances forced him into a more prominent role, probably too early. I think with good coaching he could become a good L1 player as he clearly has the physical attributes, but lacks some of the key striker skills of shielding the ball when he's receiving long passes from the back, and bringing others around him into the game, or simply winning a free kick to relieve the pressure on the defenders. JCH was excellent at those aspects of the game and Jonah I am sure would have learnt a lot from him. Once JCH was gone thee was no-one left in the building to learn from. So I thank Jonah for all his efforts last season when it must have been very tough for him in his transition from non-league. He always put in 100% effort and I wish him well at Morecambe.

In his 30 appearances I only saw 1 game where he looked good enough for the EFL.
Like his work rate and comes across as a nice guy, but nice guys got us relegated last year. He will soon be a good EFL player, only we’re not in the position to coach him through at this point.
Good luck to him, amazed he got L1.

Really disappointed about this as I believe he has potential but his lack of experience at this level didn't help him or us last season. Personally I put that down to too many coaching changes at the club, I guess time will tell this season if I am right.
I wish him all the best.
