Updated Supporter Guidance for Home Fixtures
After further dialogue with the SAG (Safety Advisory Group) we can now update supporters on various matchday protocols in place for home matches at the Memorial Stadium.
Do I need to show proof of a negative lateral flow test or of a double vaccination?
No, supporters are no longer required to show proof of either a recent negative lateral flow test or evidence of double vaccination. This will come into force for our fixture against Stevenage.
Are masks required to be worn when at the stadium?
We would encourage all supporters to bring a mask with them and wear it whilst moving around the stadium. However, this will not be enforced and it will be down to supporters to decide if and when to wear their masks.
Is social distancing required whilst at the stadium?
Supporters are encouraged to maintain social distancing where possible.
Will the club shop be open?
The Superstore is open on a match day, on the hours listed below. (See the club webpage, link below)
Will the bars and kiosks be open?
Yes, bars and kiosks will be open. The Thatchers Bar will be open as usual other bars and kiosks will be available across the stadium once you have entered the Memorial Stadium. We advise supporters to use cashless payment methods when possible.
What time should I arrive at the stadium?
We’d encourage all supporters to arrive at the Mem as early as possible, to avoid queues at busy times.
How do I purchase a match ticket and can I pay on the day?
Match tickets are available to purchase online via our Ticketmaster site, in store at the club shop or via the match day ticket office. We encourage supporters to buy tickets at the earliest possible opportunity.
My season tickets hasn’t arrived yet – what should I do?
All supporters have been sent means to enter the game this weekend and all 2021/22 Season Ticket holders will be able to gain access to the ground. Tickets have been sent out to supporters and should arrive in the next 48 hours. If your ticket hasn’t arrived by Friday, please contact the ticketing helpline below;
