I know we're still just under 2 weeks away from the next home game, but has anyone heard anything about whether our existing cards have been activated? Renewed? In the post? Anything?

When I spoke to someone at ticketmaster last week to get my Oldham e tickets I was told that they hoped to get all ST cards sent out in time for the next home league game. I was also under the impression that everyone is getting new cards this season (because of the system compatibility ‘issue’) so no reactivation of old ones.

Ok, so anxious even on the morning of the Crawley game to see if I've got a new card in the post? Great.

As well as waiting for the new season ticket, I am waiting for my West Ham vs Palace ticket for Saturday (youngest is a Hammer!), order weeks ago. No sign of it yet. Yes, it is via Ticketmaster too.

ST’s should be on their way out by now - anyone received theirs yet? I said on another thread earlier that I’ve no confidence that TM will get this resolved before the next home game. I just hope they issue e tickets rather than this debacle of posting them via Royal Mail standard delivery. I’d be surprised if everything is fixed before the end of September.

This is what I think will happen to be honest.

I'm amazed TM don't email them, which is basically free to them. Must be costing them a fortune in postage. Well, when I say them, I mean the fans and the club since they'll pass on all their costs.

TG did say that the ST cock up costs were all being met by Ticketmaster as they had caused the problems.

We thought we had ticket problems, some Southampton fans didn't get in until half time yesterday.
