Hope everybody is enjoying their Saturday night - doesn't matter if you're Barton In/Out or shake it all about - 3 points away is the important thing.

Fantastic feeling on a Saturday for once. Not often we’ve been able to say that recently. Here’s hoping we’re starting a good run of form now.
Like him or loathe him, if we start picking up results now then we can put the debates on his character to one side as the courts will do this for us either way in due course.
Up the gas.

Pitman with the two assists according to radio Bristol, has beens often have wise heads. He did nothing all game but to his credit he kept getting in the box. So his perseverance paid off! Sounds typical Pitman. Been doing it for years. We need him in the team for the threat and perhaps the balance he brings. UTG!

Glad no one calls football fans fickle!
Without injuries and loss of form Spence and Taylor probably wouldn't be in the squad.
Just hope Joey sees that we need a mix of keen as mustard youngsters as well as some experience.
Enjoy tonight but if Garner beats JB next week, cue meltdown!

Found on the Twitter feed. I agree with all of this.
Well done Joey and the lads especially as this was achieved under extreme negative pressure from those that don’t want to understand the size of the task you’ve taken on here. We are 9 games into rebuilding a total stinking shambles from scratch. A rollercoaster ahead in the short term but undoubtedly the foundations are forming for something far better in the not too distant future. Ignore the naysayers, the majority are well aware that this is the last chance this club will get to drag itself into the 21st century or find itself following the route through its downs league mentality and practices into non league oblivion. Well done.

Agreed. 10 minutes away from being bottom of the entire football league, bar goal difference. But we won, and now all is well in the world once more.

That felt good, especially Spence with the Punisher. Bloody fantastic. Today we dance, we sing, we drink.

Exactly. 10 minutes away from another poor result against a side who played very poor today - according to their own fans. Thankfully we came back to win though. Fans deserved this moment after not seeing a win on their travels since December last year.
But although I will enjoy this win, I refuse to get excited about it. My feet are firmly on the ground. Every time we get something to build on, we always take end up taking 2 steps back.

Enjoying tonight after that win. But let’s not get ahead of ourselves. If Walsall took there chances we could have been 3 down again. We also look so poor up top still. Big weekend next week. Utg.

We need him in the team for the threat and perhaps the balance he brings. UTG! To be fair I’ve not seen him run so much and so fast as he did towards the end of the game today. Was really up for it and urging his teammates on to push for the winner and then to hold on for the win.

wallywalters, If Walsall had taken their chances we would have been 3 down.... you could just as easily said if we had taken our chances we would have been 3 up. I have been very critical of most of our performances this season but honestly felt we played some nice football today but didn't get the breaks we deserved and went a goal behind AGAINST the run of play. I thought every player gave good performances and IMO the performance today was just as important as the result. Those who say Pitman shouldn't be playing he put BOTH of the goals on the plate and led the attack well. Hope Saunders is OK as yet another awful tackle is deemed a yellow and not a red. It seems that bad tackles which actually injure players are treated differently to late tackles that might have injured a player but didn't.

Hope everybody is enjoying their Saturday night - doesn't matter if you're Barton In/Out or shake it all about - 3 points away is the important thing. Sunday morning here. Woke up around 6. I thought to myself, do I even want to check my phone for the score?
Woo hoo, what a surprise. So after 5 or 6 days of sunshine it's tipping down this morning. But a Rovers win & bacon & eggs on the barbie and everything's great.
