if we give him any longer he will destroy our season completely, if he hasn't done so already. I don't prejudge the cases he faces in court but if he was accused of false promises as Rovers manager he would surely be found guilty. A complete charlatan.
Please don't afford him the excuse of having assembled a good squad that isn't performing to spec. He hasn't. It is an unbalanced outfit incapable of taking the game to the opposition. Whoever comes in will have their work cut out.
He appears resigned to his fate, recognising his failure in another sad Rovers chapter.
We are not quite Oldham Athletic but we aren't far behind.

Because our manager isn't much cop we should try to bring his hearings forward?
That should work.

I agree, I just don't see JB ever turning it around. He's not shown anything at all as a manager at rovers to make me think otherwise. He now has his "own" squad but sadly its a LOT worse than the one he inherited last season.

I'm still waiting for one of the Barton supporters to say something positive about him. Which means that even his most staunch supporter realises that we've been conned.

Yeah we'll just ask Wimbledon Magistrates court and Sheffield Crown court to re-adjust their packed schedules slightly so we can pick up a few more points. I'm sure the Judiciary will be more than happy to help us. Robbed a jewellery store, murdered someone? Nope sorry, not as important as saving Rovers season, back of the queue you go.

Robbery and murder are both indictable only offences meaning they can only be tried in the Crown Court. Magistrates don't have the sentencing powers to deal with such serious offences. Hope this helps.

I'm still waiting for one of the Barton supporters to say something positive about him. Which means that even his most staunch supporter realises that we've been conned. Some of the recruitment has been good, he has, contrary to popular belief, made some improvements behind the scenes. Overall, it hasn't worked out for various reasons, some of them are JB's fault, some which were out of his control - I don't feel that I've been conned though - disappointed, but not conned.

What are these 'behind the scenes' improvements? Getting every long established Rovers employee to leave? Sacking the medical staff and publicly criticising them....only to bring in. his own staff who now have a worse fitness and injury record. Bringing all his old mates to the club for an easy payroll job and not producing the goods. Having the worst record as a manager in living memory (the one positive is that he even made Buckle look good!!!). Making the worst before and after interviews EVER. I used to laugh at Steve Cotterill's talks after the teds lost but JB makes him sound normal. Please come up with ONE shred of evidence that bully boy JB has improved this club. In fact show evidence that he is not leading this club into the worst period of its long life! HE HAS TO GO NOW. Before he does any more damage!

We've just won our first away game for 10 months why not just give it a rest until we at least lose another game?

The o p links the title and post with assumption that JAB cases are going to produce a guilty verdict at some point.
It's dangerous to assume or speculate.
What happens if JAB is absolved of the crimes he is accused of?
And/or:
What happens if JAB is in the DC part of his Gas career, and remarkable performances and results change in form to push us up the table close to (if not in) the play offs?

We’ve just won away with an injury time winner, at least save the doom and gloom for a week or so!

Change your mind if we win Saturday? We did work hard and deserved the win. However lets put into perspective. We have played 3 of the current top 7 (promotion and playoff places) and lost all 3 (Orient, Exeter and Hartlepool) We have played 4 of the current bottom 6 and only won 2 (Oldham and Walsall) but still lost 2 (Mansfield and Stevenage in our first 2 games) We took a point at 10 man Barrow (currently 10th) and narrowly beat an injury ravaged Crawley (who lets be honest deserved at least a point if not all 3) (currently 8th) If we are to do anything this season we must be beating the bottom 6 and getting positive results against the other promotion contenders
