That says it all. He's got to go. What is the point of keeping him on? Just in the hope that we miraculously improve? And Wael and Barton himself can smugly say I told you so? Even if somehow we do improve, the overwhelming majority, myself included, just can't stand the bloke and don't want him at the Football Club regardless. So its a Lose/Lose situation really, isn't it? What is the actual benefit? "overwhelming majority" when did you ask us all? I'd say the overwhelming majority couldn't careless about Barton they just want to see Rovers win games.

"overwhelming majority" when did you ask us all? I'd say the overwhelming majority couldn't careless about Barton they just want to see Rovers win games. It's pretty obvious. The poll indicates twice as many want him gone compared to those who don't with a handful on the fence so I think it's fair to assume that, based on the data we have, you are correct.

Most fans couldn't really careless about the "baggage" he brings.

Sad as it is, it looks like Wael is simply waiting for the inevitable car crash to happen, and hoping that the situation is taken out of his hands with the upcoming court cases. It reeks of poor leadership and control at the very top Wael, if you are stupid enough to read this forum, you are in danger of this spiralling out of control. We have a tough set of fixtures coming up smack bang in the middle of Barton being pre occupied in court How you ever let it get to this is mind boggling Simply call him back in, thank him for his charitable and free contribution to our charity, wish him all the best, and get someone in NOW who will re-ignite this club Waiting for the crash will not end well. UTG Personally, I don't see it that way, I still feel Wael's hoping JB will turn things around and also win both his court cases.

"It was only a little iceberg, we'll be fine, this ship is unsinkable......carry on!!" Hmmm, and we all know how that turned out!!

Garner sacked Nov after 11 games and 12 points. We are now 14 games and 15 points and still in Oct.
It was said that Garner did not know how to change things during a game and this was one of the reasons. What does JB do well?

Please! Enough is enough.
How many ST have been re-paid. How many stay away STs? It is costing us a small fortune with the trickle effect - less bar sales, pasties, programmes, 50/50s, shop sales etc.
He is devisive as a person, but how many times does he contradict himself? If he changes his mind that often, what is training like? how can the players show any consistency?
We have half a good squad but strange tactics and formations and he seems to play some of "his signings" just because. I won't pick on players but 3 or 4 are nowhere near good enough.
His record on signings is pretty average. 3 good, 3 decent, 3 average, 3 awful - doesn't look like good scouting, networking or due diligence whatever, just law of averages.
As for passing around the back, it is obvious it is doomed to failure.
I can't see us going down, so we have a free hit this season. Could do worse than give some of the younger players game time now and again.
Ward, Martinez, Hoole, etc will be the future.

It was said that Garner did not know how to change things during a game and this was one of the reasons. What does JB do well? People only want him to stay because we've sacked 2 managers in the last 12 months. Apparently there is a limit of sacked managers before we can sack another! Or people are still star struck that we have JB as manager and the guy cannot do no wrong. It cannot be due to seeing progression because there isn't any. It can't be for winning games because its rare that he does. It cannot be outstanding performance because that's a joke. His record speaks for itself. So it can only be sacked too many managers and they feel we should stick with the worse one ever or they just love the narcissist.

Exactly what we say when we see his team selections and when he opens his mouth.

I think the longer this debacle continues the more Wael is going to be condemned for allowing JB to remain in his job. People seem loathe to criticise our owner but why, he hires and fires, he speaks to the other board members and he see's how bloody awful the football is. Come on El Presidente put this vile human being and crap manager out on the scrap heap where he belongs.

I cannot believe this Fu*kin idiot is still here destroying our club , the guy is incapable., he can’t do the job , he’s delusional ,embarrassing, the clubs going backwards yet apparently he’s taking us to promotion and the Championship after that! This isn’t funny anymore. . The longer this goes on the worse it will be to pull back and salvage the season..I don’t look at the fixture list anymore looking at good away days etc .. I’m just counting the days to the court cases perhaps we will put out of our misery when he’s found guilty !

I just hate what we’ve become as a fan base. I don’t want to be at war with Kruger, RememberHalifax, Rich and others every weekend because we vehemently disagree on Barton. They’re decent blokes who are right on many things Rovers related.
I don’t like chopping and changing managers, I’m fully with them on that, but I’ve never thought with greater conviction in my life that getting rid of the current manager will provoke a net positive difference for the club and it’s supporters.
Literally anyone could do the job Barton’s doing, and as long as they didn’t bring the narcissism and controversy Barton does, they would already be doing a better job and the club would be a lot easier to support again.
I wouldn’t be in the Barton out camp if it wasn’t for a very good reason.
