So we've got Saunders injured, T.Clarke & Harries suspended. Might have to go 4-4-2 if Junior Brown is still injured? Belshaw Hoole Kilgour Taylor Anderton Nicholson Whelan Evans Anderson Pitman Collins Thomas? Thought he looked dangerous AF on Tuesday night You're right.. but where do you slot him in? On the wing for Anderson maybe?

Who have Newport got to be worried about? Dom Telford - will he return to haunt us? Robbie Willmott has been given a free role behind their forwards and can cause problems.

Get Thomas on the left wing he will destroy James Clarke for pace.Keeping them on the back foot on that side of the pitch will be crucial as we have no left sided defenders fit/available.Best chance of a win is to get after them from the start.Fancy a nice 3-1 win tomorrow.

Not sure mate, I was looking at the formation on Tuesday and the avg positioning leads me to believe it was a 4-1-3-2 of sorts (Barton loves a hybrid system) With Evans dropping deep when needed and Pitman doing the same. Collins, Nicholson and Thomas with the legs to find the space in the channels opening up the lane for Pitman into the centre of the box areas Belly - GK Anderson - RB Taylor - CB Kilgour - CB Anderton - LB Whelan - DM Thomas - RM Evans - CM Nicholson - LM Collins - CF Pitman - CF If I am correct then he could just go Anderton in for Harries (Suspended) and keep this. It's seems very attacking so hopefully get us on the front foot. Probably a bit risky playing out through Anderton as he seems to be a bit of a confidence player and head it and kick it type but he might just settle into it just fine. Probably just be another back three though! Anyone's guess really.

TWO players will be missing because of RED Cards in the last match for both teams.
Regular starters Ryan Haynes and Ed Upson will be absent for The Amber Army.
The Pirates will be without Cian Harries and Trevor Clarke.
Which duo will be most missed?
Any result is possible in this match.
How can we forget the 2015/16 season when the AWAY team WON 4-1 in both matches.
Joe Day (played in both fixtures), Alex Rodman (played and scored at home for NCFC) and Aaron Collins (on the bench at home for The County) were all involved in some way for these games. James Clarke played for The Gas in the 4-1 away victory.
There do not appear to be any current players in the Blue and White Quarters who were involved in the 2015/2016 squads.
Hopefully, this sort of mad outcome will not materialise this season.

Strange isn't it, No Rovers players from 6 years ago but 2 Newport players playing for Rovers.

Encouraging signs in recent games. I don’t want to get ahead of myself though.
4-0 rovers.
