I really do feel someone with half a football brain could get a tune out of this squad
Barton consistently gets his tactics wrong, we are suspect at the back and have no identity
He’s had, what, 30 odd games now and we still look as poor as ever. He’s lost convincingly to a manager he berated as negligent and once again we are tonked at home.
Get on the blower to Flynn and get him in tomorrow.
BARTON OUT

The only way to get Barton out is to boycott games. An utterly clueless Wael hardly helps.

Wael has his man and until he decides otherwise he’s not going anywhere. Boycotting just reduces the amount of revenue the club receives and risks invalidating any business case for new stadium facilities. Best we can do is support the club up until the final whistle and then make our displeasure heard.

As much as it hurts me I’ve decided to do that until he’s gone But it’s not his actions or court cases or history any more…. His ability as a manager and his results are now enough to get rid Sad times but we need to act before we sleep walk into oblivion

I've got my tin hat firmly in place but play nice, anyone who witnessed that today would see questionable decision making from so many players, there was awful decisions made at both ends.
We have some decent players but cannot string two good results together, the players are also culpable in all of this.
I would stick with joey as you cannot blame him for players doing strange things, I accept that the table does not lie and we are underperforming.

How about he coaches them to not do strange things, just a thought….

Just listened to his nonsense on the radio, making out that the players are trying to shake off the performances of the past - wtf is on about, many of these players are his signings and came in during the summer.
He should have gone a long time ago.

He should have gone a long time ago. "It's a fragile group low on confidence because of what's gone before," genuinely sounds like he's still blaming the previous managers.

I can’t honestly say Iv been to a game where we have played well .. the games we have won the other teams been unlucky or terrible . I left after Newport’s 3rd goal went in, I sat in the car and waited for the other guys I went with come out . Just very worrying Newport could of been 4 or 5 up at half .. I said to few guys at half time do u honestly believe and trust Barton can take this club forward ..?. I can’t see how any gashead would want him to continue.. It’s another depressing Saturday evening , the only thing that would pick me up at the moment if Barton’s sacking was announced!!

Last time we started a new season having been relegated to League Two, Paul Buckle was sacked after 23 points in 24 games. Even if we ignore last season's results under Barton, it's a useful reminder that a point per game is (historically) unacceptable for Rovers in this division.
Also, Buckle's side had 18 points after 14 games, 3 more than currently under Barton.

That's a ludicrous suggestion, as using that logic no club would ever sack their managers, it's even worse for Barton as these are virtually all his own signings. It was clear today the starting tactics were all wrong but Barton did nothing until we were 2-0 down, then why bring on 3 CM's and, seemingly, play Westbrooke as a striker. I don't really understand his post match interview reference to a losing culture as hardly any of these players were here last season, plus that doesn't explain why we started off so poorly after 3 reasonable results.
