Aside from the holocaust horror show in todays post match interview all I got was "At this moment in time... for some unknown reason... we're a million miles away from where we want to be"

Does appear to have been taken down. Good. Now let’s get rid of him. Let’s take down all the videos with him in and just pretend it never happened? Well that’s quite clearly not what I said.

Some of these are amazing.
Barton is hilarious, footballs equivalent of trump.
Hard times for rovers, but it'll be 'funny' this time.

Regarding yesterday. If he'd said this whilst managing at a higher level it would be all over the press. Maybe or maybe not word will get out. Whatever level it should be treated the same. Seems to be. Say it in Premiership - Hang him Say it in div 2 - A bit stupid Say it lower down - Non story, that's just Joey
Some may get a bit offended others won't care. All in all no more than 'No offence meant, I could have used better terminology'

How does your brain just skip right to the word holocaust when you're searching for a synonym for bad? Massively weird bloke.

The reason I'm successful is that I work hard. I'm more intelligent than about 97% of the British Isles. If anything football has held me back. If I wasn't a footballer I'd be still more successful than 97% of youse. Still harder working than 97% of youse. Still living life not just taking part. Some of you want to get off you arse's and take part in life. Before you know it you will be dead and know one will even know u existed"

Either it's some "trendy" word he regularly uses on the training ground and it slipped out in error, or he's used it deliberately to cause offence. Once again though the club's slow to react and we'll probably get an apology too late in the day.

It's one of the most used phrases in football by a manager. Sure its nothing to do with DC.

So it looks like the club just hoping to just brush these latest remarks under the carpet? The leadership from this board is a disgrace.

Is it just me who thinks this is tarnishing the reputation of the club? And what an embarrassment the board made of themselves with those comments!

My worst ever finish as a player was fifth position in Division Two, so on a bad day the mountains I have scaled as a player are higher than any mountain that has ever been scaled by Bristol Rovers as an organisation,” he said. “I know that route map. I know how to get up high mountains. I know how to be a Sherpa because that’s how I see my job, to lead young lads and lead them up the football pyramid, the football mountains maybe they didn’t think they were capable of before. Do you think he meant sherpa or shirker? You sense he puts in the effort if nothing else, at least he knows all the players names not like the last clown we had as manager. I see Newport's new manager is another local lad, I can't understand why we couldn't take the risk with somebody similar rather than recruit three managers who've had no previous connections with Rovers.
